In their own words
Our wall in the loft of our brand new home was damaged (see pic attached) by the movers during placement of our sofa and the movers did not inform us that it happened. We found it behind the sofa after move was complete. We called the office but no one answered and the voicemail was full. I also emailed them about the issue.

Ryan, Cameron and D’Marzhe were great to work with. * Edit*. Movers were great, customer service and follow through is HORRENDOUS. I noticed a few things missing the day after our move which was just over a week ago. I called in the next day and the customer service lady said the manager is gonna call me to sort things out. Never got a call. I called back two other times and the customer service lady brush me off the last call.

Fees are egregious and the office manager was rude when confronted about it. Paid $600 to move a squat rack that only took them a hour for the entire job. Workers were pressing about being tipped as soon as they were on site. Hire anybody else but these people. Massively over priced service and apparently don’t pay their workers enough.

A few years ago, I moved my entire 4 bedroom house into storage (minus 2 queen beds and a dresser) by myself. It took me two hours total to pick up the truck, load it into the truck, unload it into storage in an organized manner, and return the truck. Now, moving again with the same stuff as before, thinking movers would be best, not only did they move it into the storage unit a complete and total mess - my couch cushions thrown all over the place, big items at the door so I couldn't even get in, etc.

Movers were pleasant but during initial phone call time spent on giving history and promoting Company but no mention made of costs and for 45 mins of work my cost was over $560 for just moving 4 in house items…. We had to move my mother-in-law quickly from Independent Living to Assisted Living. I called on a Wednesday for a Friday move. They were terrific. The estimate was reasonable. They guys called ahead of with the arrival time. They arrived on time, moved quickly, were professional and very helpful. Mario and Michael were really incredible. I underestimated their ability to get things done in the amount of time that they did. I just got out of the hospital and with a month old baby and toddler so I needed something as stress free as possible and I’m so glad I hired these movers. They really made the experience easy for me to be a repeat customer and recommend this service to anyone who is looking to have their homes packed up and moved. Very efficient! Excellent job!
