In their own words
We were given an estimate for $766.65 for a move within Prescott from Devon for 3 men and 1 truck which he said should take 3-4 hours. This estimate included disassembly, wrapping, padding and reassembly. We were charged for a move which took 6.75 hours and charged $1439.96. We understand that jobs can run a little over but not double! Devon being the professional should have been more accurate with his estimate. He accused us of taking more items which caused the extra time.

Very nice guys. Took the time to protect my stuff. Would recommend them to others. I would like to add to my review once the job was complete. The movers broke my new dinning room table and even bent the bolts. Tried to tell me the legs were loose even tho they admitted they messed up. I had the table checked and none of them were loose. They did not remove the legs prior to transport which the table has a storage spot for them. Many items did not get put where the container clearly marked where to.
Jolynne, I would like to start off by saying thank you for your honest opinion of the service you received. I would like to note that you rated the movers as aa 5 star service. The table in question did in fact have loose bolts which caused a leg to break in transit.

We had an “overall” (pun intended) wonderful experience with Overall Moving! Donovan came over the same day we called to provide us with an estimate and get us scheduled quickly; communication was seamless; the movers (Jerry, David, Cooper, and Zack) showed up on time and were friendly, patient, and professional; everything was wrapped and protected to perfection; the truck was strategically loaded to the max; and the stress of moving day was lightened by everything going so well.

Had great concerns of having people move my furniture I explained to them that it was high-end furniture made by Stickley my concerns was any kind of damage or what a fantastic experience I had the two people were Trevor and Dallas absolutely professional I couldn't ask for a better experience plus a fair price don't waste your time looking around this is the company you want to go to move your stuff thank you very much.

If I could give this company 100 stars, I would! I needed furniture from a rental property down in Chandler moved up to Prescott Valley and some of the quotes I received were so expensive!! I found Overall Moving through a Google search and the rest was heavenly history at $2000 less than the other companies! I love the fact that everyone with the company is transparent, from the top, down.
