In their own words
The 2 man crew I used from Lift With A Twist were terrific. They were prompt, strategic (challenging vintage appliance with uber heavy cast iron motor), came prepared with appropriate accessories for a efficient and safe move. They were very diligent in not causing damage to the house or the appliance. I was a "helicopter" client, and they still were professional and respectful to me! Lastly, the company kept in constant communication with me, and their front end office personnel was wonderful to work with.

This move was so much easier thanks to Tenelle and her amazing team. Tenelle was very reassuring and her communication was spot on—she even answered questions I didn’t know I had! We had a more complicated move requiring multiple locations (an apartment and a storage unit and a house). Everything went smoothly. The quote was accurate, the value was there.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Mike and Eugene showed up on time and were very professional. We made the mistake of only hiring two I wish I would have hired more and that was our fault for miscalculating the amount of belongings we had to move. If we were not moving out of state I would have them unload the truck for us. I highly recommend Lift with a Twist. Fair pricing and professional. Amazing experience!
Thanks Brice. Glad we could help. Enjoy North Carolina.
From start to finish, my experience with Lift With a Twist, led by Ms. Tenelle McGrew, was absolutely outstanding. If you're looking for a moving company that is professional, trustworthy, communicates well, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend them. Ms. Tenelle gave me a fair and reasonable rate, and from our very first conversation, it was clear that she takes pride in her business and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Thank you so much for the kind words and support. We do our very best to make your moving experience stress fee. Let all your friends and family know you have the best moving company in Columbus, Ohio in speed dial!
