Tremendously disappointed with the fact that they completely underestimated our move (after TWO visits to verify the quote) and charged us a huge sum (THOUSANDS) of $ more for our cross country move. Manager was condescending while speaking with me as though it was my fault that the estimate was off (sure sign of weak management) and avoided my calls.

Beware!!! I had an item missing\taken from a box. The item that was taken was a Wii game console and put in a box labeled small electronics. We also payed for extra insurance thinking that we would be covered...we weren't!!! I filed for a $89 claim that the company would not pay for because I packed and unpacked the box. So beware that someone can take something from your boxes that you have no control of after it leaves your home and then arrives to your new destination.

Rushed and unprofessional. One piece of furniture was chipped and a couple of walls were bumped - mistakes that would have been avoided if the company slowed down and took greater responsibility for quality. We hired movers from Lile to move some valuable and heavy china cabinets out of our moving van and into the house. We were promised professional movers, however the leader of the employees that showed up did not communicate or act professionally.
Hi Chris, Thanks for reaching out to us. I have to say, I’m a little confused and disappointed with the review that you have provided. You asked Lile to help unload furniture from a U-haul vehicle. Lile provided only the labor to unload.
Worst moving experience ever! We moved from Oregon to Montana March 2020. They damaged an antique grandfather clock that they arranged to be ‘taken care of’. We paid extra only to find out that the extra didn’t cover crating it. We weren’t given any options just their assurance that it would be safely moved. It wasn’t. Other furniture was damaged. Boxes missing. Things that should have been wrapped in paper weren’t. Inventory sheets weren’t filled out properly so we have no idea what we are missing yet.
I'm sorry that you move didn't go well. This is one of those occasions where I cannot offer any explanation that would help. We failed to not only live up to your expectations, but our own expectations.
We had an absolutely horrible experience with Lile Moving and Storage in summer of 2019. The biggest problem with the company is the customer service. I even had the owner's cell number that I would text and leave messages on regarding an update of an already delayed delivery of our belongings and it would take Dan over a week to get back to me. When he would finally call me back he would tell me he was busy with other jobs.
The google stock images for this place portray a very different company than what reality actually is. The images show nice clean, newer looking vehicles and well dressed employees in slacks and matching uniforms. Unfortunately, this is not at all what they actually provide. Upon visiting their office, We discovered that their trucks are not anywhere as clean or as nice looking as what they actually have, their staff appear just to be wearing regular street clothes with no uniforms.

Don't know anything about this company besides the fact that the driver will park anywhere they want and dont care if they block a 7/11 drive way in mcminnville. Two of the rigs parked side by side. They blocked in a few cars and didn't seem to care. Definitely know I will not be using this company when it's time to move.
They used a bait and switch tactic on the pricing that resulted in a $583 price increase. Todd Benson the branch manager called me today to yell at me about the refund I wont be receiving. Wouldn't recommend to humans i care about

Great place to hire movers. The job is usually done really quick for a good price. Most of the workers are friendly, and fast. Definitely will recommend them. Moving can be tedious and pretty tiring, especially after a long week of work, and you are pretty much ready to have it done before it has even started. Well, these guys will have it done and you can just relax and be their boss as they carefully, yet quickly handle your things.
Best moving company I have worked with, and this is my 4th interstate move. Movers were on time, handled my things with care, and super professional. They delivered at destination a day early and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I will use Lile again for any moving I need to get done!

We used Lile for a one state move - Oregon to Washington. The entire process from the quote to the team exicuting the move made this a stress-free move. The team from Lile were wonderful. The quote process was quick, easy and accurate. Actually, the final price came in a few hundred dollars below the estimate. When the team arrived (on time) to load up for the move they handled all our items with care as well as protecting the walls doors and flooring of the home we were moving out of.

These guys did a great job all around! Sarah who initially came out was great, explained everything down to the last detail, and was remarkably accurate in her estimate of how many pounds I'd be moving. Daniel and his moving crew were there promptly and were efficient, careful, and fun - basically the trifecta of greatness. Moving all of one's worldly possession is pretty nerve-wracking and there are a lot of horror stories out there. Lile was amazing, and all of my things arrived on time and in perfect condition.
