Little Bear movers has such high Google ratings, I hate to be the "Negative Nelly", but my move was less than stellar. Great care was taken with my gaming rig, and packing service the day before was great, that's the only reason I'm not leaving one star, because almost everything else is a mess. I realize my move was long and as humans we get tired, but some things are just not acceptable. First, I have FOUR broken lampshades. I have boxes clearly marked kitchen in my MASTER BATHROOM!!
Thank you for sharing your experience and for noting the care our packers took with your gaming rig. I sincerely apologize for the damaged lampshades, misplaced boxes, missing bedframe parts, and debris left behind — this is not the level of service we strive to provide.
We were supposed to get 3 movers at 3pm and we got 2 movers at 3:30pm. Got 2 more movers at 4:30pm. Still charged us the same price. Left a lot of gaps in furniture where smaller items could be packed. Put se real heavy items on top of a retro wood tv stand and the legs broke pushing the legs through the bottom. Put a lot of heavy items too high and several items shifted during the drive. One kid was walking around empty handed.

Had a terrific experience using Little Bear Movers today. The guys in the truck, Sean and Will were very efficient and professional. They showed up slightly early which was nice and finished the move right at the 2 hour mark. Everything was handled with care, nothing was damaged, and all for a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend to anybody needing movers, and will be using them in the future for any future moves for sure.

I can't recommend Little Bear Movers highly enough. From the first phone call to the final box, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and stress-free. The crew arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, and treated every piece of furniture and every box with care and respect. What really stood out was their communication and attention to detail. Wow, I sure made the right decision in hiring these people. I moved from suburban Tucson hood to a downtown highrise and they made the move much easier. Max & Jonathan are the owners I think and I was assigned 3 guys who were amazing to deal with. Professional, personable, and not at all lazy. I thoroughly enjoyed these three dudes and they did such a great job. Charlie, Sham and Bobby I hope I got thier names right.
