I used this company many times in the past but recently I had a commercial cooler moved for the second time by them. I explained how big and heavy it was yet they only sent two movers. Long story short, they dropped the cooler off the back of the top of the ramp, onto the ground. A 5,000.00 cooler I use for my business. I hire this company because they claim to cover if an accident happens.
I'm giving two stars because crew showed up on time and was friendly. I am only giving two stars however because several pieces of furniture were damaged. I had to remind the crew leader a few times to use the blankets I provided. In the end several pieces of furniture were not covered and I had 8 blankets left over they could have used. I stated in the beginning that I wasn't sure if I had enough blankets so they asked me to sign a damage waiver. I feel that after I signed that, they didn't care much anymore.

We had to hire another moving company to get all of the items that were left behind, large furniture pieces & left a bike was left in the parking lot. Disappointed that after breaking down our infants crib it wasn’t able to be put back together due to lost parts. After receiving a follow up email on my experience I let them know of this & got no response.
I called and got a great quote. He said someone would call the day before. Nobody called. I called them to confirm. He changed their time of arrival. At the house, the price was $100. more than the original quote. I was told to “pay it, or they’d leave”. Really? Did I have a choice? We were at the first house. Ugh.
Your people were moving stuff into Indy West today with both stairwell doors propped wide open so all the mosquitos and every other bug on the planet can get into our building...for hours. When I asked your people if they could please keep at least one of them closed to mitigate the inevitable, because I live in the building, your people basically told me to go pound sand because it would slow them down. This is plain common sense people.
I didn't hire these guys. They are obviously busy right now and I felt like my phone call to ask basic questions about cost, timeframe they have available to unload a 1/2 full 15ft U-Haul truck was a pain for them to pick up phone and provide information. Not only were they unaffordable (probably working as designed for small jobs like mine) they weren't helpful with a suggestion to direct me to a local business that has time for small quick jobs.
Charged my mom 546$ I asked for me to be there because she is a bit older. I wasn't. They came they left. About an hour work. 546$. I called they said. Real sorry about that. Well give you 2 free hours. When we finally needed it. Wasn't available. Poor service. Shouldn't have been 546$ in the first place. They didn't call, per their reply here. And there was going to BE A POD. in future. Needed the stuff near the edge of the garage. Somehow...
Your mother called in April asking about packing some boxes, repacking some others, and loading a POD at her house in Southport for her daughter. Before the manager worked up the estimate, he informed your mom of the 2 guy rate, our standard 2hr minimum for hourly jobs, and an estimated mileage…
The service prior and during the move was great including the guys who moved my things, however, the company refuses to take responsibility for overloading the commercial elevator which resulted in a $790 bill. I would never use a company that expects the customer to pay for their mistakes.

Everything went so smoothly - from scheduling it right up through moving day. They communicated with me a couple of times to confirm inventory and date and time of move. Their communication was outstanding. They showed up on time, got everything moved very quickly. They were refreshingly careful with everything, and I thought the price was quite reasonable. The three young men who did the move were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Little Guys movers.

When we bought a piano and needed someone to move it, I felt nothing but dread. Working with movers in the past has been a nightmare. Thanks to Little Guys Movers, this has all changed. Andrew called me with my quote within an hour and set-up an appointment within a week. I had called all around the Wilmington area for a piano moving quote, and Little Guys Movers by far had the most reasonable price. On the day of the move, Christian, Eli, and Adam were not only on time - they were early.

We LOVED these guys!! We have moved 7 times in 5 years (4 times just this year) and have never had movers that we would use again. There were movers we liked, that were ok and ones that were awful. These guys were the best! Pricing is really good and the service was unbeatable. The guys that loaded our uhaul in AL (we used 2 men and a truck in huntsville) did an terrible job. They didn't strap our boxes in so when we opened the truck to unload, it was an actual disaster.

The front house staff who started our move and constantly offered top notch customer service and the follow up confirmation calls to the moving team on moving day from start to finish everyone was just amazing.
