In their own words
0 stars if possible. The movers were pretty solid, but the owner/operator was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. They apparently underbid the move. They changed the price midway through the move and then refused to leave until the (extra, not agreed-to amount) was paid. The workers were nice enough, but Pierce was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone, threatening to call the police if we didn't pay his new, higher amount. It all felt very extortionary and sketchy.

Thank you so much for your review, LoadMaster Moving Service LLC "Where moves are made and Money is Saved"
If you want a reliable moving company all black men at that, they show up with everything and pack it for you. I've utilized them twice for two big moves (literally biggest trucks you can get for 4bedrooms and 2 living rooms type of house). Most affordable I could find and they were quick. In November 2024 they packed my entire house up in about 4 hours maybe less (this is only based on my service) while I went to my closing for my newest home and then took the items to my new address in cove and set it up (big…
