Hours late, arrived with to small a truck from uhaul. Gave exact measurements of 4 pieces of furniture for estimate, they had to go get larger truck. Damaged wall when moving furniture out of home, owner says a $5 can of spray paint will fix - lol. Was told he has 21 years experience but I truly doubt it they even asked if I had any cardboard so they could protect furniture in relocation from home to home.

Horrible experience. I hired and they never showed up. And when I called them they were rude and still did not show up. It left me in a horrible bind as it was just me. I cannot move furniture myself. I would not book as they will do the same to you. Would hate for anyone to have to experience what I went through.

Hired them to load a u-pack truck which was then driven by u-pack. They didn’t tie down any furniture, cover furniture with blankets, or stack it well. Literally every piece of large furniture own was damaged as a result. Because they didn’t drive the truck, they tell us that we can’t prove it was due to the shoddy packing. Cheap option if you don’t have any furniture that you care about getting damaged.

I just want to say thank you to the LMP company for assisting me with my move. I communicated with them on Google regarding my moving needs. Communication was clear and timely and were scheduled to help me with moving my larger/heavier items. The moving crew of 3 showed up on time, professional and ready to work. They moved quickly and carefully getting my items loaded onto the truck and unloaded, placed and reassembled at the new address. I would definitely recommend using this company for your move.

Called and made a request for a last minute job. I needed some heavy equipment moved and LMP showed up quickly and got the job done. Took care of all the items to make sure they were moved safely. Great service at a great value!

Here's the straight story... Idaho... Virginia... Funeral... Estate... stupid, family, drama... A few old, HEAVY items need to be transported x-country... Stressful situation... We needed help and quick! So we went to Carl's for ice cream (that's what I do when I'm stressed)! On the way, him in the uhaul, me in the van, I made ONE phone call... The answering voice of joyful service was an answer to prayer. She was kind, she was helpful, she was knowledgeable, she was the nicest person this Idahoan met in Virginia.

We will include the positive & negative comments of our moving experience. After doing our homework we chose this company to help us move out of storage to our home. The morning of the move, unforseen circumstances took our two truck move, as we had requested, to be done with only one truck. This caused us to make another round trip to the storage facility. Why did it have to be the hottest day of the year on top of that?! We had inquired & were told that they owned their trucks, but showed up with a U-Haul.
Well considering life is full of unforseen circumstances, We trully have learned to adapt and grow as a team and a company...We specialize in fluidly moving your entire life to a new address.The lettering on the outside of our trucks has never hendered us in our objectives...Thanks for your indept…
