Moving with this company has been a HUGE headache. Items that were of particular concern for us were noted in the contract. They were among the items to arrive with greatest damage. In particular my husband’s kayak needs extensive repairs. Many items arrived broken, with missing legs or the paitrubbed off. They had to come back a second time with boxes not delivered the first time when the driver had previously confirmed we had everything, even though my husband’s tracking showed otherwise.

This review is with respect to AMJ’s home delivery service for furniture orders. I was to have a couch ordered from Urban Barn delivered. Initially AMJ scheduled a delivery date arbitrarily without notifying me, which I had the store cancel back in May. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to contact them to reschedule the delivery of my couch that has been in their warehouse for weeks. I have left messages with the home delivery department that have gone unanswered.

I would give 0 if I could. We spoke to Gary F. in London. He was so helpful initially. We needed a move plus storage. We spent a long time giving him a detailed list that be requested. We thought we had our move completely booked and then he completely ghosted us. We called a left multiple vms. No answer. Now we are 3 weeks away with no movers. Worst customer service ever. Disgusted that they find this acceptable.

Horrible moving experience. I strongly suggest against the vaults - we were sold the vaults as the best option for our out of province move with one vault being delivered before the other vaults; the movers put items for the early delivery in all of the other vaults and were super disorganized packing the vaults, making us go through every vault in the new location to sort what needed to be delivered as originally planned (in a shipment yard that was dirty and dusty). It was a disaster!

I didn't have them move me and they may be great at their jobs but the driving courtesy is another story. Driver in heavy traffic saw a car trying to get to a turning lane and not only pulled up and blocked said driver but also did it on purpose. Then a passenger in the vehicle laughed and the driver rolled his window up to avoid any confrontation. Not a great review at all when this is how your employees behave with your company name displayed

We had a great experience with AMJ! The crew (Mo, Bryan, Shawn, and Justin P.) was friendly, professional, and arrived right on time. They worked efficiently while taking great care with our belongings, making sure everything was moved safely and without damage. Damion and Adam were such a pleasure to work with! They were very careful to protect my new furniture, my walls and floors throughout my delivery (which was a very large order and involved extremely heavy and oddly shaped furniture).
