Used Mayzlin to pack and move across the country. Items were wrapped and packed poorly, very little to no packing material used, many items damaged upon delivery. Fragile items were packed in large, tall boxes, with lots of weight on top rather than smaller boxes. Took a month to receive my delivery. Getting updates on my move was difficult. My main contact for the move ignored my calls and emails.
I would not use this company for a full pack and ship again. There were 3 workers that showed up late and worked very inefficiently. I only had a 1bd/1bath and it took 3 men close to 6 hrs. My biggest complaint is that they stuffed any and everything in the nearest box. Poor wrapping on electronics and dishes. I found shoes with my dishes. The workers were polite. The guy that dropped off my boxes worked quickly and I have no complaints with him. For the amount of money spent, it was not worth it.

I had a very poor experience with Mayzlin Relocation. There was very little communication or understanding of when my items would arrive. I moved cross-country, and the timelines they provided were drastically missed. The customer support has been horrendous—once it's on a truck, no one can tell you anything, and your only option is to wait for them to contact you. My truck has been sitting in my city for three days with no delivery communication.

Someone responded to my quote request promptly and with comparable pricing. They moved everything as quickly as possible while still being careful, as promised. They showed up a few minutes early and were very nice gentlemen. I would definitely use these guys again.

My family has an out-of-state move out of Indiana. We shopped for quotes from national and local vendors. We happily picked Mayzlin because they gave straightforward responses to our questions, as well as what to expect if we decide to choose their business for this big move. I highly value Brad, Joseph, and Andrey's customer service acumen. They were not pushy when we were still in the shopping process. Our situation for this out-of-state move is a bit complex.
This is my second cross-country move and I'm really glad I used Mayzlin this time. Fred, Sam, and Sean were the movers and they were all friendly, efficient, and showed a lot of care packing everything together. I also appreciate the company's payment structure where the total payment is split up over 3 payments: down payment, payment at pick-up, and then at delivery. It makes the whole move and process seem more trustful, clear, and professional.
