They damaged my furniture and refused to pay for it because it was “ wood” and “ assembled”. It was the most illogical reason to deny a claim I have ever heard. So was I supposed to disassemble my wood furniture in order for it to be covered? Also, this was never mentioned in the agreement anywhere.

My parents had great things to say about Ivan on the packing end and I worked with Simon who was very professional and hard-working on the drop off end! They took good care of my stuff (most of which was antique heirloom pieces with high sentimental value) and put everything where I asked them to put it, working carefully and efficiently on a 96 degree day.
We had an amazing experience with the team. They communicated effectively carrying us along evey step of the way. The handled our properties carefully and brought all the needed tools to keep them protected throughtout the journey. They helped with disassembling our furniture too. Couldn't have asked for a better service!
Highly recommend for long distance moving. On time delivery after traveling 2,500 miles and every item was in perfect condition. Denis was laid back and friendly and handled the city streets in LA with ease. Delivery took less than two hours and was stress free. Exceptionally well priced and fair.

I really thank this company for the moving, the guys were friendly, they did the packaging professionally, I was very surprised, I had never seen anything like this. packed furniture, things, boxes and loaded in a day. Moved from Schaumburg, IL to San Diego, CA. Lance did my in home estimate and showed me how everything works after that it was an easy process.
