In their own words
This was by far the most devastating experience. The move required out of state. Complete breach of contract as they promised items would be handled with care. Let’s start by Mike the owner who is unprofessional and no costumer service etiquette. When the U-Haul truck arrived and the movers opened the door it was heart breaking to see my beautiful expensive items they way it came.
The moving team was excellent—friendly and incredibly fast—which initially earned them a 5-star review from me. Unfortunately, I have to revise my score down to 2 stars because a box containing valuable dishes is missing. I spent …
This was not a good experience. We hire movers Everytime we move. They are usually older experienced people. These boys were young and small and just didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing. Even with my boyfriend taking everything apart and putting in the garage and then helping them load and unload they took hours. My boyfriend told me he was the first one to start loading they were just inside talking amongst themselves. Again this is my experience after using several other moving services.
I agree with the previous review. The boys are really young and small. When one was organizing the truck another is just in the apartment taking a break on his phone. I told Mike how much items I had and he called once the moving was complete and questioned me why it took 8 hrs and tried to say I didn't mention how much stuff I had when I did! He told me I (ME) should have accounted for the fact that I had a 3rd floor apt but he knew this a month prior to me moving.
This the worst company to work with!! The manager, Mike is very unprofessional and does not communicate with team members! A time and date is set but when it comes to it, there is no way to get in touch with Mike. The workers are great but the manager needs to take into consideration of other people’s time and build a better work ethic.

Movers were professional and handled everything with care. There was a small delay, but they communicated well and offered a discount for the inconvenience.
They are amazing!!! Clean, Safe and careful with your valuables. Also very reasonable price for white glove service
I was assisting my sister move into her new apartment during the winter storm in Dallas. These movers were able to quickly accommodate her during a very difficult time, they were fast, efficient, and easy to work with. I plan to utilize this company for my next move as well!
“Michael, the owner, was an amazing and professional mover and builder! When I tell you I didn’t have furniture but had several heavy-duty items, he handled everything himself with no complaints. Michael is truly a blessing from God! He’s affordable, professional, understanding, and dependable. I really appreciate him for coming through to help me, especially since I’m moving by myself. He took a huge load off my shoulders and made the process so much less stressful.
