In their own words
This review is extensive so grab some popcorn and put on your tinfoil hat for this lunacy. I can not believe how many positive reviews this company has for how much this company did wrong on my move. They damaged my furniture, threatened to steal my belongings and their management laughed when I brought up my concerns. The owner (I believe he said his name was Bryon) quoted my move around $450. The final cost was over $800.
WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. They quoted me 3 to 4 hours @ $99 per- instead 1 mover was sick and spent at least 20 min out of each hour in my bathroom all day then billed me for 9 hours - they broke several antique/or expense pieces of furniture, left things behind, tried to get me to go to the bank to get cash for them. Screamed at me in front of a witness that they will never move anyone in Scottsdale again because I wouldn't sign that I was satisfied with their job.
I wish I could give more stars but after my experience I thnk two stars is more than generous. I just relocated to Arizona. I calle on 11/29 and spoke with someone, and was given a quote and was told if I scheduled at that moment he would wave the trip fee. Since it wsa the cheapest price and they would work with my 4pm move in I took it. Not too long after I was told I cwas able to move into my pkace at 2pm instead of four.
Hello, Marcus. I'm sorry that your experience with us was less than ideal. Please call our office and we'll do our best to make up to you as a customer.
BEWARE: this company is a scam. We paid them to move our items from one state to another and they didnt inventory our items, nor did they deliver over 3/4 of the items from our move. they pretended as if it would not all fit on their truck and kept the items as hostage and tried to get us to pay them ANOTHER move fee to deliver the remaining items. WE have contacted every legal authority we can find to hold these crooks acccountable.
This review is completely fabricated. We have no record of this so-called customer and certainly none of the allegations ever transpired.
Updating my review below to reflect 1 star rating for this company bcause they damaged so many of my expensive furniture and have failed to take action in resolving the issues. The movers noted the damaged items and provided pictures to the office. I reached out to the office and they wanted me to send an email with another set of pictures. I don't understand why because their movers noted items and took pictures. I went ahead and took the pictures and attached to the email sent.
Lets start from the top! I was scheduled between 2 - 5pm. Mover (Harold) calls at 2:45pm stating they are finishing a job & will be on their way within an hr. 5pm passes, 5:20 pm I call hoping for an ETA. He says they are on their way & should arrive in 20 mins. They arrive at 6:30pm My husband showed them the items that will be moved, which we wrapped all the items. They just had to load & unload. We ask them not to stack the small boxes because they are heavy and contain pricey collectible books.
Hi, Maritza. We're sorry that you felt that way about our services. That's just not how we normally operate, as you can see from most of our reviews. Please feel free to call our office ([phone removed] and we'll do our best to make you happy.
DO NOT HIRE LOW BUDGET MOVERS Where do I begin... My girlfriend and I moved to Oregon and had hired these guys to move our stuff. The truck that was carrying our stuff broke down so the shipment was way late, and the company "misplaced" the suitcase with her laptop and jewelry in it. Shortly thereafter, on two separate occasions, her personal info had been used to attempt identity theft and fraud.
Due to review word limit – this is 1 of 2: Worst experience ever….DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They ARE NOT “professional”. We moved from AZ to TX. They sent a reps out to provide a estimate based on contents of the whole house inside and out. They were to provide all packaging supplies needed, padding to protect furniture and mattresses, employees to pack and load the trucks, 2 drivers and a 4 man crew to unload in TX. We were told it would take 2 days to pack.
Hi, Dale. As I've said to Patty, please call our office so that we'll be able to assist you.

In their own words
I’ve used a few moving companies over the years and this one was hands down the best. They showed up early, had all the right gear, and moved my entire two bedroom apartment without damaging anything. The crew was friendly and didn’t just toss stuff around like others I’ve seen. They wrapped all my furniture and even helped take apart the bed. Got everything to the new place without a single scratch. Only thing I would say is confirm the time slot the night before cause mine got adjusted last minute.
Showed up on time and communicated well. Moved from storage to condo in two hours, at reasonable price. I will use them again if needed.
My brother recommended Low Budget Movers to me after they helped him move my mom out of her place. I trust my brother with my life, so I booked Low Budget Movers to help me move from my apartment to our new house... and I gotta say, they blew me away. They were on-time, the two guys who handled my move (Jesse and CJ) were professional, were clearly expert movers, and my goodness were they FAST!
I used Low Budget Movers on 2-25-19. I moved from the west side of Phoenix to Scottsdale. My movers names were Ricky/JD. If you are wondering why I am writing over a month later it’s because a family issue took me out of state. I chose Low Budget Movers for the following reasons; Their A+ rating with the BBB Great reviews Cost over the competition I was working with a representative named Justin. He went out of his way to help me when my plans didn’t exactly come together in a timely fashion.
Thank you for rating us, David!
