HORRIBLE service! The 3 men movers were nice, polite, and respectful BUT they damaged pricey furniture. They acknowledged and said sorry. When I told the Manager, he said he would “re train” his personnel. They were supposed to do it right from the get go! Then I requested the insurance info to file a claim and he refused citing it would result in an increase of the policy! These people are low in every way. I DO NOT recommend this business!

Terrible service from the owner to the employees. Some of my belongings went missing during the move. The owner had a bad attitude and was disrespectful. I don't recommend them at all. No one took responsibility; it's a terrible company, completely unprofessional.

Worst move ever, owner who was here moving wanted to argue for 30 minutes about how long they were here. Said furniture was too heavy for him and his movers. Then got angry when I told him he needed to work as I paid him for his time. He walked out and did not complete his time and said I'm not your slave. My 78 year old mother had to ask him to leave our home as he continued to try to take pictures. He was the owner. Be careful folks. This company is not honest. I have done business with hire a helper 4 times.

Used Lucky Mule Moving & Storage for my move in San Antonio and honestly had a really good experience. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. JR and Victor showed up on time, got straight to work, and didn’t mess around. They were super chill but also very professional, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. They wrapped all my furniture, moved everything carefully, and handled some tight spots without any issues.
