Worst movers I have ever used! The men sent do not speak or understand english, except for the supervisor who does to a point. Which causes a causes a few problems. Especially when you have marked boxes FRAGILE. They do not evidently understand that. I found boxes marked fragile on the bottom of another box with heavy stuff on top. I know I did not do this! I had Bone China Tea Cups that were my great grandmother's that broke. as well.
What a ripoff. Charged us way more than quoted, and one of the two guys who showed up didn't do any work -- he sat in the truck looking at his phone while me and his colleague hauled heavy furniture up to our third-floor walk-up.

Excellent movers, however, the woman Landra Goveia missed quoted my apartment and only sent two movers, when at least three where needed at the minimum. I told her directly that my old place had three stairs to climb and two stairs in our new place. I had to help with the move and bust my butt to get the move done, I was basically their third crew member. With that being said, it ended up 2.5 hours over estimate, double what was quoted. The crew were excellent though, couldn't have been happy with them.

Hi Nate, As a best practice we need to go through insurance to process any claims. TV damage is not something that is normal around here. The TV was transported across the country, not unboxed, then we moved it. This is why we cannot take responsibility for it.
