Worst moving service I’ve ever dealt with. Broke my coffee table and said they would have someone come fix it. Which never happened, they STOLE my jewelry box and denied any responsibility at all. The owner Mike refused to make a claim or do anything at all to resolve anything. Would t trust this company with anything at all, especially your valuables
Justin, we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your move experience. Based on our records, this appears to relate to a move from June 2025, but we would still like to review your concerns carefully.
UPDATE: The Michigan Attorney General's Office has referred our complaint to the Michigan State Police. The Michigan State Police are now investigating this company for violations of State Law. Will give more updates as they come. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is predatory to senior citizens, and has been reported to the Better Business Bureau; Michigan Attorney General's office; and the State Ombuds office. If you are a senior citizen, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We moved in January 2024, and before the move, he asked if there were any items that couldn’t be replaced. I mentioned my oak table from my grandma, which was in perfect shape because I kept a clear protector on it, my dad’s recliner (as he had just passed), and my entertainment unit. I made it clear that anything else could be replaced. Unfortunately, he damaged the rails on the table, making it impossible to close properly. He chose not to remove the top from the pedestal, thinking it would save a few minutes.

I would not recommend this place. They are completely unprofessional and unorganized. Originally, I was talking with the wife Marisa, and she was the one who gave the quote after I took a picture of what needed to be moved and where to. The day before the movers came, the husband Mark called me to go over the same exact details that Marisa and I had went over already weeks ago and said that he was unfamiliar with the details of the project and did not have the picture i sent Marisa his wife.

I can't recommend M&M Moving after my recent experience. If you do decide to use this business, get everything specifically in writing in advance. Also, be aware that they store their pods with no room between them for a fork lift to load them on the truck for return. You will be charged for the time it takes for them to retreive your pod (mine was about 7 pods deep even as a short-term rental). The movers themselves were pleasant and professional.
I gave this a person an estimate to move her things to our storage facility, she thought it was to move her stuff back to her house as well. You do your best to keep everyone happy, but that’s just not realistic.
I would not recommend this company unless you don’t really care how long it takes, or if your things get there intact. Although the day was beautiful, not too hot, a cooling breeze, sunny… only 2 of the 4 men that showed up were …
