M.C. Movers is the worse moving company. They moved us from one house to another in Show Low. They charged us more than we were quoted. They walked through the house 4 times to determine the estimate and only showed up with one truck to move. It took two trucks and required more money. They damaged our furniture and it took a month to get replacement glass. At the new house they charged us an additional $1200 to unload the trucks. Very unprofessional and lack of communication. We used MC Movers to move us from Lakeside to Pinetop in 2020. We decided to use them again when it came time to move to the valley from Pinetop. The first red flag was that they gave a price of around $3,800 based on the square footage of our home and never looked at the contents as Bekins did in 2019 when we moved up to Lakeside from Tucson.

Salvador was fantastic. He did a terrific job considering he was forced to be led by poor management. Mark, the owner, was the source of our grief. He set a time and date for our move. We all knew this ten days in advance. ONE HOUR before the arrival of the crew we were notified there would be a delay and rescheduling was mandatory. Mark indicated this is "common in the industry". Of course this is nonsense. Incompetence and poor management skills are, unfortunately, common in many people.

We haven't been able to get a detailed invoice from M.C. Moving for two months and have tried to contact them many times with no response. We would like to know how many blankets we were charged for and how many man hours we were charged. It seemed to take a long time for our move because they were using temporary boys who didn't know what to do.
The owner is crazy and employees are crooks in my opinion. The employees told me the owner does not pay them, they work on tips alone, liars. When I told the owner what they said he called me a liar and threatened me. I’m the last guy you threaten. Use someone else

LOVE this company! I'm a local Realtor and always recommend MC Moving Management to my clients for all their moving needs. I recently had a personal move of some VERY large and heavy furniture. The movers were professional, on time and very careful with the difficult to carry items. They moved my existing furniture, drove across town to pickup the items and then came back to deliver them.
