My move did not go as expected. When they showed up and looked at what I had they told me it would be two loads and they couldn't do it all that day. I had many issues, from a broken 50 inch screen TV, very slow service, the crew took many breaks, helped themselves to my bottled water without asking, things ended up in the wrong places, small items were thrown on the floor in the old place. It took the crew more than 45 minutes to get to the new house when it which should have taken only 20 minutes.
My experience was a nightmare. I only moved 10 minutes from where I was initially. Not only were they late they took almost 6 hours to do what my last movers did in 3 in a half (my boyfriend also helped them) then wanted to charge almost double what I was quoted because they had to disassemble and reassemble which is basic work for a real moving company . I only had 2 beds and they only assembled one claiming the other one was “broken “ but it was in perfect condition before they touched it .
Worst company that I ever had. Broke 2 items of mine, they tried to tell me it was broke already. They left my washer hoses at the house, I offered to go back and get them, as I was gone, they all decided to take a break, one was in the truck, the other ones were standing around smoking. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Move yourself before you call these people.

Dont recommend unless your entire house is packed in boxes already. Poor communication between person you call in and the team that moves your stuff. Apparently I was expected to pack my entire house before they come to move me. Lady who took the order and scheduled appointment never said anything. And apparently assumed I would just know?

Dean, I am sorry that you felt this way. Your deposit was refunded on the day that you cancelled. The original estimate was for packing and moving. The amount was considerably less than the actual cost because we discounted the packing service and supplies, giving you a bundle price.

I had a company cancel on me the day of my move. I called to see if they could do a same day and they were out within a couple of hours. They got me moved in a reasonable amount of time. The Team was courteous, professional and great to work with! If needed, I would definitely use their services, again!
