First off , the guys are nice. Just not competent. I was given an estimate of 3.5 hours for a 1 BR move and thought price was reasonable. I’m only going to mention the main issues that cost me money. The 3 biggest pieces were a queen size bedroom set with an adjustable base platform, 65 inch TV, and 2 piece sectional. There were some full size speakers and TV stand as well. The owner took about 2 hours just to break down the bedroom set consisting of headboard, footboard, rails and adjustable base.
Christopher Vasquez: I had a deeply troubling experience with my neighbor. After returning home late at night from the hospital and finding myself locked out, my neighbor approached my home after 10 p.m., yelling and demanding that I stop what I was doing. He then threatened me with a gun. As a Black person encountering this behavior from a white neighbor, the situation felt extremely frightening and unnecessary. I was simply trying to get into my own home.

I give Chris and Adrian a 5+ rating for the loading services they provided to us last week. We have moved many times from house to house, but this is our first experience with having to move our entire house full of belongings (4000 SF) into containers until our new house is completed. Absolutely outstanding service! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I have moved many times in my life and worked with several moving companies, but these two gentlemen were by far the best movers I have ever had. They were professional, respectful, hardworking, careful, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful and exhausting, but they made everything smooth, organized, and so much easier for me.
