I struggled for a month whether or not to write this review or not. The movers themselves did a FANTASTIC job. The Owner's behavior is the reason for the bad review. To start our story, I requested a quote for just the labor (we were getting our own truck) and he gave us a great price in the quote after coming by in person to check everything out. I clarified many times that we were picking up our own truck the morning of the move.
This company is either racist or didn’t need our business. We waited for them to show up on a Friday evening and no one did. And they didn’t even bothered to call us. What happened to treating everyone with respect?

In their own words
We actually would have to write a full book to express the work ethic of this company. We were scheduled to move on Monday, January 20th, by another company. The morning of the move we had tried to contact the other company four different times to just verify, and then finally the other company called us back stating that someone had not shown up, and the guys that they were going to "try to send" probably could not handle my piano". PANIC!! I LOVE MY PIANO!!!
I just completed a job with Maestro Movers and I'm so pleased with the whole experience! On the initial estimate Josh (the owner) came out to assess and his estimate was pretty close to the final price. The crew who helped me today (Garrett, Rashard, Red & Robin) were absolutely incredible and I'm forever grateful for their help (really I can't express how awesome they were to work with)! They all had wonderful work ethic and were patient with me as I figured out what was going and what wasn't.

This review is long overdue, but I'd like to personally thank Joshua and his team for their professionalism from beginning to end of our move. Joshua responded, followed up, provided feedback, all quickly and did what his company can to make everything as smooth as possible. The movers all wore face masks and worked hard throughout the entire time; they were resilient and moved all our items quickly and efficiently.
I had a wonderful experience with Maestro Movers. I reside in Winter Garden and with gifting my piano and to the Ronald McDonald House at the Nemours Hospital over in Lake Nona. My daughter and family stayed there when my granddaughter was in the ICU for five weeks. It also became a respite for myself. When I called Maestro Movers, Joshua (the owner), answered right away. I told him my plan and he understood exactly how I felt and what I was talking about and graciously gifted the move as well.
