Very poorly ran and has no insurance he will damage your belongings and doesn't pay his employees for jobs already completed
Every other review we have is 5 stars. If you read them, our customers clearly don't think this is a "poorly run business". A one star review written by a man who works for a competitor moving company doesn't really hold much weight.

Dustin and his crew did a great job of moving my piano here in Sedona. They were very careful because they knew how special it is to me, and they showed a lot of skill in what they did throughout the process, They showed up on time and gave it their full focus. I highly recommend them

Wow!!! One of the Best Customer Service experiences Ever! I had arranged a move with Dustin and the Magic Movers Team several weeks ahead. But somehow I put the wrong day on my calendar. I had it listed as March 26th when in fact it was scheduled for March 27th. Arrival time was 9am. At 9:15 am on the wrong day, the 26th, I called to see if the team was on their way. Dustin reminded me it was for the next day, the 27th. His crew was already on site at another customer's home and had a full day scheduled.
