Hired this company to do my move. They broke my furniture and some other stuff and they do not want to replace it nor pay for the damages. Poor customer service especially the operations manager. Will definitely not recommend this company to anyone.On top of that at the end of the move they charged me more than what they quoted my husband. The operations manager is a liar and make up stories and makes you feel bad saying that "if I dispute the charges with my credit card company their workers will not get paid ".

On their website it states they offer military discount, but when you call, they DO NOT OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNT. False advertisement. So sad.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These movers were awesome. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and treated all of my belongings with care. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire move. They are very military-friendly and clearly understand how to work with base access and timelines. Moving is stressful, but they made it smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
Just moved here to Honolulu from the Main Land, this company was recommended by a family member who is a resident here in Hawaii. Their Team Leader was Kirk. The team consisted of Ryan, Lala, and Leland. They were very professional and worked quickly. They took special care to ensure all of our household goods were moved safely and protected up four floors by stairs.
If you’re looking for a moving company that truly cares about your belongings and makes the entire process stress-free, I cannot recommend Malama Movers enough! Kirk, Joe, and Jwin were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and positive attitudes the entire time. No matter how heavy or challenging the job was, they did it all with smiles on their faces. What stood out most was how careful and courteous they were with all of my belongings.
Everything from communication leading up to the move and the delivery of the last piece was great. Jane answered all my questions on the phone, and the team of Koa, Landon, and Liko took great care in moving my things. They also made sure that my door would not get scratched and they laid padding on the floor. They started out really fast, but then as the move went on, the pace got a little slow and the move ended up taking a lot longer than what was quoted.
