Terrible experience! Never again! I was charged 2 different prices because they had to make 2 trips after boss was informed it was an entire house. Was treated rudely by Boss. Would not return my calls or texts so I could get my storage key from him. No itemized bill or paperwork and in picture above do you see ant items wrapped or protected to prevent damage exactly. Some furniture got damaged. I would never in a million years use these people again!!!!
Thanks for the tip both time for our bad services. We don’t understand why would you leave such a bad review. Day one when we booked you, You told us everything was ready to go. You was over a hour away and when my guys got there nothing was pack and you had them standing around waiting on you to…
Is negative star not an option? Showed up late, didn’t complete the job and over charged. Had the audacity to say they also do home renovations! Lol what a joke. Wouldn’t recommend!!! See his response! Very professional.

They said that contract was binding but then switched the amount due at last moment. They didnt take care of my furniture and it was scratched significantly. They take pride in being disliked by customers. They participated in extortion tactics. DONT Do Business with them.

We hired Manco for a whole house clean out. We communicated entirely over the phone and through email. We found them online and had no prior knowledge or experience with this company so we took a gamble. It most decidedly paid off. Mr. Gaines was responsive to all questions and requests and even was able to accommodate our need for additional capacity, adding a 20ft trailer on short notice once we realized we had more stuff to move than initially planned.
I found this company on Home advisor and so glad I did! Mr. Gaines called me within minutes, scheduled, and showed up ON TIME! They did a beautiful job hauling away all of the junk in my mom's apartment at an extremely fair price! I will use them again!
I helped a friend move recently from out of state to Winston Salem and she asked me to help her out by finding a reliable and trustworthy moving company. I have used 2 other movers in the past but was not entirely pleased with the experience. I started researching local movers and came across Manco Carriers and boy was that a blessing. Manco Carriers and Recovery is one of the best companies that I have ever hired! The company’s name came up when I was on Home Advisor trying to find someone to haul off some junk for me. Within minutes, Mr. Gaines called me, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and was at my house within the hour! He came when he said he would! The cost was what he quoted me—no surprises! He and his crew even moved a bird bath for me to another location. Talk about showing kindness!
