Not enough ratings
Google carries another listing under this name in Troy. They may be separate branches or duplicate entries for the same business — we cannot tell which, so we publish both: the other listing.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 12 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Chris and sons were awesome! I have already given their info to friends that are moving in a few months. They were efficient and courteous. I highly recommend this crew.
These guys handled everything like pros — showed up on time, worked hard, and took care of my stuff without any damage. They were upfront with the pricing, no hidden fees, and adapted on the fly when things got tricky at the new place. If I ever have to move again, I know exactly who I’m calling. Solid crew.
Zach! Thank you so much man. We really appreciate you taking the time to write this review. The guys had a great time with you.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
