The move out was fine. Our belongings were in their storage for 3 months. There are so many broken items, missing items, and wet items. Inside the boxes the contents are damp and the area rugs smell musty. The move in was the worst ! The crew argued with each other . The older guy was not strong and there were several dangerous moments. I would never ever recommend the company!

Careful when calling for a price quote. Informative- yes... but individual becomes rude & snippy once answering questions with anything of a personal situation. Will never call or deal with the company again.

I am absolutely shocked with this experience. No need to mention specific names but had a representative come take inventory of my property as me and my family prep for an interstate move. Initially was supposed to come on Thursday but called last minute and said he had something come up. Showed up Saturday with a promise of a finalized quote on Monday/Tuesday.
Hi Ryan, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we could not provide you an estimate as quickly as you desired. The summer is an extremely busy time for all moving companies and the demand for estimates and crews is much greater than the supply.
I called for a quote and instead of emailimg under Marks Movers, it was sent under the contact persons name. In addition they wanted in excess of $14,000 to move basically a 5 bedroom house with only 3 bedrooms of furniture. They say they called back but I never got a call. Useless.
Hi Dennis On June 30th Brandon and Jonathan met with you and your wife Sharon at 11am. Your home is a 5 bedroom home, plus 6 other rooms, a garage and a pool area. On July 1st at 2pm an email estimate was sent to you. We confirmed receipt of the estimate.
They ended up taking furniture apart to put back together again, added time and cost as we were paying by the hour. They were willing to add workers for increased cost at the end of the day. Not satisfied at all. Be careful if you use them, they will not be cheap.

Too expensive, I don’t know who the 200 reviews came from rich people I guess… They quoted me $3,000 for 2 guys and a truck for 3 hours and 30 miles. I’m moving a one bedroom apartment . Last movers were $300.

I used their service and was very costly for an in-town move. The workers were slow and needed to add more contract workers at a cost to me. They disassembled and assembled furniture to add time.

I will never again I had them move my stuff and one of the guys kept on looking at my 15 year daughter I had to say something and ended up screaming at each other never again. BAD SERVICE

Updating my review because we used Mark's Moving & Storage for our second cross-country move in three years and they are hands down the best team to hire for your move! Mark and his team handled every logistical concern and offered the best service - they provided boxes + moving materials, carefully packed our large mirrors/pictures and other breakables, secured permits for the trucks, they moved our belongings (and our cars!) and had we needed storage, we would have used their storage facilities as well.

Mark's team was terrific. They were on time (arrived early even), packed up things carefully, quickly and efficiently, and moved everything within the time budgeted. They even were under budget! Overall, an excellent experience. I recommend Mark's without hesitation.

I have used Marks moving and storage for the past 40 years or since they started, I have used this company exclusively to move my business 3 times in the past 40 years . They have also moved my personal residence 4-5 times over that time period.I have recommended friends and family over the years and everyone has been more then satisfied.I usually don’t recommend companies for fear of a bad experience by a friend or relative.or business associate .However, they are everything you would be looking for in a moving…
