I initially contacted this company on 12/9/2025 and I spoke with Erin the sales office manager. She came off as very pleasant. Erin quoted me $825-$900 to move for 4.5-5 hours of service after doing a facetime call. I also explained to Erin that I had very affluent furniture and it would need to be wrapped. Erin assured me that all their customers’ furniture is wrapped, transported, and set up once it arrived at its location.
Charlize, We had you scheduled on the Monday morning which was before the snow. You then went through our system without calling us to schedule at 4pm the day the snow came. We don’t like to move in the middle of snow storms.
TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment for a pickup and they never showed up. I moved all of my furniture out of my storage unit to be picked up. I called and texted them repeatedly after waiting 25 minutes and they finally texted me back and said " no unfortunately we can't, truck issues". No accommodation or even a heads up. It was extremely unprofessional and I was inconvenienced tremendously. I would NEVER recommend them.
Hi Kideyah. Yes we are hired once a week to do donation pickups for a local charity. We usually have 6-8 stops along the pickup route. Unfortunately that day after stop 2 we got a flat tire on route 252 by route 1.
I got scammed by Kyle and his company. Truly one of the worst experiences and a very unprofessional way to conduct business. After the initial meet and inspection of my inventory by his sister Erin, I was provided a quote of 2 men per hour/$. In addition to an inventory list and all items color tagged by post-its, my last words for the movers were "everything goes".
Sevan, We were shocked to see you wrote this review how you told both me, Erin, and the crew how impressed you were with the crew and how personable and caring they were with your belonings. So we were shocked when you followed up with us a couple weeks later with all these complaints.
Unfortunately they forgot who was paying for the service they provided. I understand how difficult a divorce move is. Despite that, I was disappointed that the POD they were hired to fill was not completely full and many of the boxes packed were left behind. I informed them when my belongings arrived in Florida but never got a response. Not even an apology. Photo shows what my POD look like when it was first opened after transporting.
Hey, we took what was ordered from the courts to take. I know it was difficult you couldn’t be there but we were also ordered by the state troopers on site to only take what was listed.
Supposed to meet us at 2:00pm to assess and give estimate on a moving job and I don't here from them until 2:30 (via a text)stating they were running late and could we reschedule. I understand crap happens but a phone call before our time slot would have sufficed.
Hi Chris, My name is Kyle. I am the owner. I was supposed to do this walk through but I was stuck on a job helping out the crew. I apologize I honestly lost track of time because we were moving a few heavy pieces of furniture and the crew needed some extra hands. I really do apologize here.

McGrory Moving and Junk Removal are just the best! What a great experience working with them! They are sooo professional and do such a great job, they are the only company I will ever use, and have recommended them to many people already. . I had used them multiple times in the past for moving and junk removal separately, but this time I needed all their services - junk removal, moving and packing. And, I needed it all completed within the same week.
