In their own words
Horrible customer service. Damage done to floors and furniture with no compensation. Website is misleading. Hidden costs. Extra travel fee = $80 per mover. Extra cost for larger truck. They charge to next “full hour” - not next hour as advertised. Unprofessional. They DO NOT give you an invoice nor a receipt of payment yet expect payment in full via e-transfer. I’ve asked for my receipt/invoice several times and have not received it. I strongly suggest you seek movers elsewhere.
The movers arrived late due to construction on the highway and although the movers were well mannered they were not super experienced. They mishandled furniture which caused the breaking of an expensive dresser which they refused to pay for …

Do Not book with them. They gave me a quote before I started, which I was fine with, was a super basic 1 bedroom apartment move. At the end, it was 500$ more than quoted, with another “ out of town” travel fee attached which was not discussed previously. I moved from Osgoode to Barrhaven, both within the city of Ottawa. To top it all off, one of the movers had a hurt arm and could barely do work. So I basically paid him to do nothing.

Horrible customer service. They moved my mother in January 2022 and they damaged her table. She had to pay for a replacement herself. Nothing back from owner, won’t even take my Moms calls. STAY AWAY !!!!!

In their own words
Smooth move from beginning to end. The movers were polite, focused, and handled my belongings with care. They worked efficiently and finished ahead of schedule. Nothing was damaged or misplaced. I highly recommend them for their reliable service and excellent customer care. Truly professional.
Adam, thank you for taking the time to write this. Smooth, polite, and careful — that is the day we aim for, and the crew will be glad to hear it landed that way for you. — Mohamed, Men In Trucks Moving
Excellent service! The staff was professional, punctual, and very meticulous. The oven and surrounding areas were impeccably cleaned...it truly looked like a brand new oven! My large windows are so sparkling clean; I never imagined they would be this spotless, especially considering the previous owner's neglect. I highly recommend this service to anyone moving into a new house or apartment. Some dirt simply requires the intervention of true professionals, and they more than met my expectations.
Wafaa, thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Move-in days carry enough stress on their own, and it means a lot to hear that the team left your new place feeling truly ready to live in. Your recommendation to others moving into a new home is very much appreciated.
Very very impressed with Mohamed’s communication and responsiveness to all of our questions before, during and after our move! Very friendly and polite movers who professionally handled everything including a Hammond Organ! We moved over two days and were very happy with Abdul, Edali, Ayo, Cedic and Izzy on the first day and Isa and Ify on the second day! Highly recommended and well priced!
Today I moved and hired Men In Trucks Moving and I was really impressed. Isa and Ifa were the guys working they were very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend both Isa and Ifa if you can get them. Great price and service thank you
