In their own words
No stars , not even a 1, Horrible service , most unprofessional service & company I ever used. We still don’t know when we will get my elderly mother’s furniture. I can’t get answers or help. The unprofessional subcontractors that they used damaged furniture & walls. They quote you one price and everything changes once they have your furniture. They are brokers. WARNING! Stay away from this company. You hear nightmares about moving companies like this.
We are not the moving company as you're referring to. We are your broker and we're here to help if you're having an issue with the Carrier please give us a call. We are here to help Give us a call and let us know what's going on. … More
I booked this company for a move from Virginia to alabama. Within 24 hours I got a call from another moving company and one of Menards previous employees now work for them. He informed me that Menards is not a better Business bureau company like they claim to be and that once they loaded my items they would upcharge me at least $2,000 extra dollars to get my items off the truck.
DECEPTIVE!! They are a BROKER, and DON'T CARE WHO THEY CONTRACT WITH!! Price changed 3 times between pickup and delivery and their subcontractor WISE GUYS MOVING damaged belongings and failed to deliver all of our boxes. MENARD's does not stand by their contract and we are out several thousand dollars for damaged and missing belongings. Calls were not returned. There is never a manager available to speak with regarding problems. Horrible experience!!!
Horrible. Don’t use them ever!!! They are a broker that lie to you then the real moving company shows up and charges an extra $5000 on top of what this company charges. They underestimated my move and it was too costly. I would not recommend them at all!! It’s all nice until these extra charges.
Do not request ANY moving services with Menards, especially interstate moving. Like some other reviews have stated, they will call you and quote you a reasonable price. They seem easy-going and helpful to start. “Call us anytime…”, “No big deal…” blah blah blah. Come to the day to move my heavier furniture pieces. The truck comes, I show them the items that need to get moved. They said they won’t move the items listed on the inventory. They said it was too big, it won’t stack, etc. Mind you.
Please stay away from this terrible moving company. Dealing with them was an absolute nightmare. Before we signed the contract, they told us delivery would "usually take 7–10 business days." After waiting 25 days, I called and was told we were still within their "21 business day delivery window." When I called again after 32 days, they changed the story and claimed they had up to 45 business days to deliver.
Absolutely avoid this company. What they’ll do is give you a quote over the phone that’s very reasonable but will require a deposit. You sign a contract and pay your deposit but upon showing up they will insist the stuff you want them to move was “never discussed” they tried to charge me an extra 2000 dollars on top of a 2900 dollar quote.
All do respect sir, be honest. Sincerely MM&S
Nothing but a scammer and absolutely childish! What are we in high school? Seriously?! Dont go with them save your money! They targeted my sister and her family when they just needed help moving cheaply out of town claimed it only be 700 deposit and 2300 total was written in an agreement with all parts and I gave her part of the money to help pay for the deposit and changed their price on day of pick up saying its supposed to be for amount in the Truck changing price from that to 9000 then tried to say for less a…

In their own words
I had some unfortunate experiences with moving companies; they would show up late, charge hidden fees and so on. The difference was night and day this time. I went with a broker. The crew they had booked arrived on time and was extremely professional and honest about everything. The service was timely, safe, and the charges were reasonable as well. I’m beyond pleased!
The representatives Jessica and Sophia were honestly great. And I am a real human not a robot, my Instagram is graceenk lol . They explained to me the process perfectly and the price breakdown. They were transparent about everything, even every review you see online they were very transparent and provided me with a lot of reassurance. I actually asked them if they’ve ever seen their reviews and they were so forthcoming. It was honestly very impressive to see that.
Thanks to this crew for supporting me with a hectic move. They did more than find movers for me; they found highly professional people. They packed my items perfectly; no damage of any kind. Wow, I’m impressed by this, and anytime I move in the future, I'll call them again!
My experience has been nothing short of excellent. My booking process and move itself went off without any issues. I ended up having more stuff than I actually thought and naturally had to pay a little more than quoted which is fine because …
