Two Men and a Truck Moving

If I could give these people zero stars I would. For what it's worth Tony and his partner were polite and professional but at the end of the day, they or the team from this location that moved my belongings into storage in August, damaged my 55" Samsung Smart TV and then management hid behind the free insurance I selected as if .60 cents a pound makes any sense for an electronic item.

I was very clear about all the details of my move in setting up the quote with Jason at Two Men and a Truck. The estimated time for my move was 5.0 hrs. It took the 3 guys almost 5hrs to casually and at their leisurely pace load the truck with my 2 bedroom apartment of which I had already moved myself 1/3 of the contents. They asked me to sign a waiver to pay for an additional 3-4 hours which is unacceptable and I refused.

My experience with team that moved my items was horrible. They fistruyed one furniture. It cannot be used anymore, but it was not an accident. They weren't careful about it. It seemed that they did not care, that they wanted to end soon. They dropped our Airfryer as well. In addition to that, they did severe damage to the staircase when they brought the items up to the second floor of our house. So much was the damage that we had to call the builder of the house to see if he could repair it.

USE at your own RISK! I moved across the country and after speaking with their rep, he confirmed movers with me over the phone. However, once arriving and the movers never showed. I spoke with management and they were unwilling to own their mistakes. They refused to send movers or make any adjustments in their schedule even after admitting they had time. Furthermore, the clear disrespect, tone and choice of words used were unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so horribly.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!! They held my cousins stuff hostage saying that to move her stuff it was $200 but when they got the their destination they wouldn't let it go till she $2000 then and after that they lowered it to $1700 then to $1500 which my grandma has to pay outta pocket. Don't use these ppl they'll steal your stuff and hold everything you own hostage till you pay them 10x to 20x what was agreed upon

I have been trying to get ahold of this location for the last 2 weeks to receive a quote on a move. I have called, no answer. I have submitted for an online quote, was told a representative would be on contact with me soon, never heard from them. I tried requesting for a text quote just for the same thing the online quote told me. Safe to say, they are clearly not interested in receiving new business.

Please do not ever use this company. I have used them before in Chicago and had the best experience ever so I called them locally- I'm so sorry I did this because the West Palm Beach franchise is a total scam. Look at other reviews on Yelp with the same concerns. They told me it would be $240 for two hours which I thought was fair and I just wanted them to move 30 boxes into my attic. It was a move of boxes of 10 feet maybe.

I used this company to move a total of 4 pieces of furniture approximately 25 minutes distance. Not only did it cost over $500, my furniture was ruined and my brand new build home was destroyed. The movers dragged the furniture up the new wood steps causing chips in the wood and stain up every step. They put a large dent in the wall. My white couch was covered in black stains (the 1 mover told me it was because the other mover was wearing dirty black gloves).
