TERRIBLE!! We had nothing but issues from the moment they came to pack up our house. The one person that they sent to pack our house decided to cut out early but pack our kitchen, so we had no choice be to eat out for an entire weekend. The actual moving crew placed wood furniture on it's edge on the concrete driveway - damaging it, and almost back the tracker trailer into my car. When all the crew was screaming at the driver to stop - which he finally did - a box came out of the trailer & hit the front of my car.

Edit. I've used Mesa twice. First move was great. Second was not. Second move: items were stolen during packing. Also, my building manager told me the movers were smoking pot on the loading dock. The two guys denied it. I believed them at the time, but now that I see they also stole things, I'm less inclined to believe them. First move: Mesa delivered things to my place after my move, and they worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was delivered safely and carefully.

My personal experience with this company was one of professional incompetence! Do not trust this company! I'm warning all who are considering useing them to move your furniture! DON'T! They are not trustworthy! Notice that there is no response - that's because they could care less to rip someone off! James Nardi has no response for me!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This company does not follow through on what they say they will do. Mesa has a partnership with my apartment complex, AMLI, and is listed on our AMLI Perks website where companies in the community who give AMLI residents deals can advertise. Mesa claims on this site that they will bring you moving boxes, tape, and paper if you schedule a free moving estimate, but they did not.

I previously wrote a review in 10/2019 which I now see was taken down by the folks at Mesa. My family had a bad experience with this company that bears repeating. The main problems we had with them were that they damaged every valuable piece of furniture we have. That would include our bed frame and dresser. They also took apart our Ikea sofa and lost the hardware. One of their movers then promised to get new hardware from Ikea which he then never did.

I wish I didn't feel compelled to write this rather scathing review of Mesa Moving & Storage. However, given the extremely high cost of professional moving services, I believe that honest feedback is important and merited. Mesa was our delivery agent for an out-of-state move terminating in Colorado. Unfortunately, I have very few positive things to say about Mesa except that our goods arrived at the destination, thereby meeting the most minimal of expectations and earning two stars.

Really unimpressed with the experience. I had to call in to the operations folks the morning of to find out if movers were coming since there was no call ahead. The crew was too small so it took forever and they were really dragging by the end of the day. They covered the carpet in the old town-home that we were moving out of but there was no carpet coverage available for our brand new house on move-in day.

**Update, returning customer** We were so pleased with Gino’s team last time, we chose Mesa again with no hesitation. Rocio, Kashier, Mike and Segcio did not disappoint. This time we used them for a local 3-4 bedroom house move. They were professional, efficient, soooo strong, very careful, and cheerful. Highly recommend Mesa!

AMAZING STELLAR SERVICE! I have moved many times over the past few years, and have worked with many local and out-of-state moving companies. Most recently, I moved back to Colorado from out-of-state. When my crates arrived last week, the Mesa Moving Team showed up on time and ready to move me into my home. Martin was our driver and lead, very personable and communicative of the process. Jose was a "work horse" taking all the items out of the crates and with care.
