EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would leave a zero if possible. I called to have our apartment complexes flyers removed due to our no solicitation policy and they said they would. The guys that were here picked up a couple just because I was standing there, and then left the rest. They are extremely inconsiderate and shouldn’t be trusted.
Every moving company charge per hour and is very hard to fine honest people. This company started taken down the my stuff and they were taken their time to came back. Once we got to the storage and after they took a load down they were organizing the truck such folding the pads and hanging the straps which you add 2-3 min after each load and it will add to the final bill.

Sad to say but . . . worst move of my LIFE!! I had used this company on my last FIVE moves and they were wonderful. Sadly, things have changed since my last move in 2018 - horrible service. They promised a $99 truck fee - but when Donte arrived he was quick to charge me $120. Thank heavens I had proof. Then Donte wanted to combine the morning and afternoon move after ASSURING me the truck was big enough - guess what?!?
I don’t normally review, but this was too much to pass up. We received a quote and estimate for 2 hours, around $400, and they’d be here between 11 and 1. Tell me why we couldn’t get a hold of them half the day and they didn’t show up until SEVEN hours later at 6 pm. And on top of that, it took them twice as long to move the contents of a small 1 bedroom. Making it four hours long, twice as much money, and leaving us to unpack until past midnight. One of our movers was nice, the other couldn’t care less.

Edit after follow up: Love the fact they tried to make a joke out of this and not address a serious privacy concern. That alone shows what time of company they are i.e. not one that should be trusted with anything. Do better Moving U and next time Chandra responds to a review with legitimate concerns, I hope she actually addresses them instead of trying to mock them. If you want a company that sneaks into a private building and sticks flyers inside of every door possible, then this is the company for you.

I was moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom townhouse. It took them 6.5 hours to move me not to mention a $50 surcharge that they put on me. It should have only taken 3 hours even with a 2 man crew. I feel like they were taking their time moving my stuff just to make those hours clock. I would never recommend the to my friends or family.
I booked their services months ahead to prevent surprises but they seemed not to care when they called me last minute to cancel. Very unprofessional. You do not cancel on people last minute for such an important task. The worst was the …

We had such a great experience with Anthony, Fernando & Donte! They started the day by calling to give us a heads up about what time they would be arriving - which I really appreciated! They got to our apartment right on time, went through the pricing again and immediately went to work! They moved our two bedroom apartment, which was on the second floor, into another two bedroom unit which was on the third floor. Anthony, Fernando & Donte were all incredibly professional, helpful and friendly!
Planning a move time frame with unexpected circumstances is hard to do for a moving company. When things come up like inclement weather, an unprepared homeowner, this company will keep the lines of communication open with updates we needed to roll with things that are out of their control. Excellent care was taken moving our items. Professional and reliable both times I hired Moving U as well as the referrals I sent their way.
We had a fantastic experience with Anthony and Fernando. This was our first time ever using movers so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. They were super kind, thorough, and really put care into our things (even more so than I would do myself). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable mover.
I used Moving U Denver 3 years ago. They were so good that I used them again to move across Dener today 07/28/26, Anthony & Daniel (the two movers) were excellent. They were very hard workers & all of my stuff was moved with no issues. I can give them both an A+. I am a very satisfied repeat customer.
