The facts. Requested a move on 9/9 for 9/19 to 9/22. Originally I was planning 9/19, but weekends are $10 per hour per person so Kit sent the estimate for 9/22. I modified my plans for 9/22 to make that work. Did the requested videos and received a quote on 9/10. I asked for and received proof of insurance on 9/10. On 9/11 I sent an email saying lets proceed, next steps. All seemed great and with a untouched rating of 5.0, I assumed everything was good to go. No response to the email occurred.
Hi Christian, we're sorry to hear about your experience while trying to book our services. According to our moving software, a quote was sent on 9/10 but was never signed nor accepted, and ultimately expired on 9/15.

I had an outstanding experience with Metro Movers. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. The movers arrived right on time, and they worked efficiently and diligently throughout the entire process. I highly encourage you to consider Metro Movers for your next move. They are a smaller & newer operation, however our experience leads me to believe that they 100% know what they're doing and they're invested in providing a superior customer experience. I got quotes from 5 moving companies. Metro Movers was the only one who offered to come out and do an in-person estimate by visually assessing everything we had at our current home AND in our storage unit.

Stop wasting your time looking at other moving companies right now and go ahead & book Metro Movers! They are wonderful, strong, professionals who made moving a breeze! We were panicking a few months ago less than a week before our move when it turned out we had no one to help us move so I contacted many different companies. I easily got an estimate after sending pics of what we would be moving and the rates was fair and thankfully they were available despite the short notice!
We recently used Metro Movers for a BIG move — a 3,500 sq. ft., three-story home plus outdoor patio furniture — and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. We had a very tight timeline with closing on our old home and moving into our new home all on the same day, and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. I’ve never worked with a company or group of guys with such amazing attitudes, work ethic, and customer service.
