While Metro Moving handled the move smoothly, once I started unpacking boxes there was a lot of breakage. 20% of boxes have had something broken in them. It has been the kind of damage that only improper handling could cause. I did pack myself so Metro will not pay for any of the damage. I have packed myself for 5 previous moves and had no or very limited breakage so I do not take responsibility for this volume of breakage. I have attached photos of some of the damage.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Metro Moving Co. They helped move my grandma and they made what could have been a really stressful and emotional day so much easier on our family.
