Up until today, I would have given them a five-star review however I never knew that you could be charged so much for late fees, and then to have them do nothing for you, and to be clear we're not talking about somebody that rented the bin for one month I'm a loyal customer and have been for quite a while now, have spent thousands of dollars in rent day, and no type of understanding, didn't even try to help at all, then when I asked if they could you get every reason why they can, me personally, I understand if it…
Jordan, I was unaware of any issue you may have had. Employees are not permitted to waive late fees. We give you a 5-day grace period before we charge any fees. We go over this with all customers at the time of contract.
I got a storage unit for a friend who didn't have his ID on him at the time, but I put his name on the unit so that he could get his belongings when he wanted. He went to get his stuff and wasn't allowed to get it and I have been getting calls to pay for the unit when he was clearly listed as a person having access to the unit, but not allowed to retrieve it.

Absolutely love this business. I used Metro to store my college aged son’s things during the summer. The owner is fantastic. So friendly and transparent. He was helpful in figuring out what size unit we needed and the price was right and fair. They had a college special for parents - so awesome. Came back to collect our things for move in day and everything was as we left it. The place is clean, well cared for and well run. I highly recommend them. And we will be back. Thanks so much.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how well kept the facility was. The prices were very reasonable not only for the storage but also the supplies (ex: locks, mattress covers etc...). The staff is friendly and informative. They didn't mind showing us different size unit. Lastly, if you have a vehicle with a 10' clearance you can drive it in side and up the ramp. This is an all enclosed facility. Non are accessible from the outside. Great location in the heart of the city.
We have had a wonderful experience with Metro Storage, from renting us the right-sized units from the beginning to being flexible as our storage needs evolved. The place is clean, well-lit, and secure. They don't have the most convenient hours, tbh, but this was a small price to pay for having such peace of mind about the safety of our belongings and ourselves. I really came to like the system for checking in and having the door opened individually.

Can't speak highly enough of the three gentlemen who were working here when I rented a truck. They went though a couple of options and tried to get me the best deal possible, easily the best customer service I've ever had at a self-storage/truck rental spot. I will definitely come back again.
