In their own words
Movers broke my window and wouldn't pay for it because they did a "full investigation" (they asked their movers if they broke the window and they said no). It was heavy impact damage so there was a source of impact and cracking around that source on the window and the mover told me it couldn't be from them because sometimes light cracks windows (??? it was a double paned window and only the interior pane was damaged).
The company is not liable for pre-existing damage. The crew leader showed a picture of the window to the operations manager, who was able to determine that it was already damaged.
Broke my couch and othe furniture, over charged what they estimated, and refused to acknowledge any wrong doing or make restitution. Worst company I've ever worked with.

I would have liked to give this experience a 5-star rating, but I cannot. Let me first start off by saying the guys that showed up to do the job were extremely hardworking, and for the most part, placed everything in the house like I wanted. I really appreciate them working through the heat. We were all exhausted by the time we finished. Okay, now for the hard part. The start of the move was rocky to say the least. The movers were scheduled to arrive between 8 am and 9 am.
Hi Shuntae, I apologize for the time it took for your movers to drive to the weigh station. Gratefully the additional time did not add to your bill since it was a weight-based move, and I am sincerely sorry for the time inconvenience.

Moving is a very stressful process but MyGuys made it much easier. From the initial contact to move completion they were very professional and responsive. The crew was fantastic and took great care with the move. They showed up right on time and finished ahead of schedule and made sure I was completely satisfied with the move. And the cost of the move was much lower than I expected. I highly recommend MyGuys and would definitely use them again.

The crew was outstanding. They boxed some things up that we asked and they took all of our large furniture, TVs and mirrors and moved it to our new home. The guys were amazing and their attention to detail was great. All of our furniture arrived unscathed at our new location. The guys were quick and very courteous. We will definitely use My Guys Moving the next time we move.
