warning! They broke so much of my furniture:/ I have to replace so much because of them. They even poked holes in my upholstered headboard. Also overcharged me although they broke my stuff and acknowledged it!! I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Go somewhere else!!

I would not recommend this company - what we thought would be an easy move became one of frustration. While the movers did their jobs as best as they can, the customer service during and post move has been terrible. We advised them right after the move that we noticed multiple orange stains on our couch and on one of our stools that were not there prior to the move. Additionally, we noticed a chip in our bed frame.

Regret hiring this company. The crew was nice, but the customer service has been anything but—dismissive, defensive, and uninterested in helping after things went wrong. We flagged damage the same day the movers left: mysterious orange stains on our couch and bar stool, and a chip in the bed frame. Their response? Zero accountability. Also worth noting: they start the clock before any actual moving begins. Even with a full inventory provided, we were billed over $100 above the estimate.

I do not recommend this moving company; they charge a lot for very few hours. Worst of all, the movers took longer than usual just so they could charge me for overtime. Honestly, I felt ripped off.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Sergey and his guys.. I’m 63 years old and was by myself in a 2/2 condo in miami florida.. Miami move for less sent sergey and his guys to my condo and they professionally packed up everything down to the last fork! I never lifted nor touched a thing. The company then stored everything in MIAMI for a month until I found a place in OCALA florida..
