I recently had the misfortune of hiring Miami Piano Movers to relocate my beloved piano, and I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with the entire experience. From start to finish, this company demonstrated a level of unprofessionalism and rudeness that I never expected from a supposedly reputable piano moving service. First and foremost, the movers were incredibly disrespectful and rude. They arrived late without any prior notice or apology, making me wait for hours.
Who are you " Natalia " ??? you are defenitly not our customer!!! For which moving company do you work? " ABA Moving " ? is that it? I can not think of anyone who could go that low and fake reviews to the competition besides ABA Moving which fake their 5 stars as well.
I scheduled a move with them. On the day of the move they ghosted me. Their was phone was off and didn't answer messages or emails ever again. Response to the business: I will start with the biggest issue. You scheduled our piano move. You didn't cancel our piano move. You left 2 other parties waiting for hours and didn't have the professional courtesy to respond or even cancel the appointment. Asking for a contract, license number, and proof of insurance is just common sense when moving valuables.
We schedule your piano move. I asked you if you plan on meeting us at the pick up location. You said that you are going to wait for us at the delivery location. Which usually is fine.. You asked for the licenses and I provided you with the licenses numbers. You asked for a contract.
Hired this company to move my baby grand. Upon delivery, I noticed that the cover for the piano keys would not open all the way anymore and the pedals were stiff. They made a half hearted attempt to fix it during which time they said things like “ you can still play it” and kept telling me it must have been broken the whole time. Rather than showing concern for having possibly damaged my piano during delivery, they simply left and told me to get someone else to look at it.
Alastair, why don't you stick to the truth and the facts? Is it your wife's voice? Because when I told YOU at the pick location about different damages that your piano got all over - your reply was: " Yes I know. It is a very old piano " .
Unfortunately the customer service from a person name Mike was terrible. Totally in a bad mood and not patient. We were not able even to schedule a pick up as he started shouting for some time pick up confusion. Sad to have people like Mike in organizations. Avoid the inconvenience and do not call them.

Mike and his team were extremely professional and careful throughout the entire process. They took the time to properly protect my piano, ensuring it arrived without any damage. I needed a professional piano moving company to help me rectify a situation where my piano was moved from Calfiornia to florida with my regular household furniture, rather than be shipped separately in a temperature controlled truck. I needed the piano to be picked up from a freight truck and transported to my condo in florida at the last minute. The mover also needed to comply with the strict HOA insurance requirements at the last minute. Mike with Miami Piano movers was terrific.

It was truly a remarkable experience. I had a stand-upright Baldwin piano that needed to be moved. I had called several places to get quotes so I could provide them to my Brother and his wife. From the moment I spoke to Mike, he provided all the necessary information of their moving business (i.e., logistic, pickup/delivery receipt, etc.) The follow-through to assure the accuracy pickup/delivery addresses was communicated clearly and with ease. It just felt right. They were early which was perfect.

Excellent customer service. Workers were very timely and mindful of each item moved. Our move was time- sensitive in a condo . Thus: movers were professional and sensitive of time , rules and regulations. This is an outstanding company. They put everything together and where we wanted it . This company shows much respect for neighbors and all of us . Prices are exceptionally competive. We are most impressed with how our belongings were cared for . You will not be disappointed. Leadership is outstanding.
