I moved from NJ to NY and they were up to the task. I got a great quote and this was my first experience with movers so I didn't know what to expect. I ended up boxing and wrapping all the furniture myself beforehand because I wasn't sure if they did it or not. They arrived timely that morning. Michael (?) assessed the job and started rewrapping some of my furniture to really protect it. I did not get charged for that. It was a sweltering 100 degree summer day and the guys worked pretty hard.

STAY AWAY!!! The owner is a thief and a scam artist ,many of my personal belongings were stolen and damaged . When I called to file a complaint the owner Mike was extremely rude and spoke to me with complete disrespect , after you give the deposit they do not care about the customer . they will be hearing from my lawyer

This company was highly recommended as specialists in moving expensive furniture that needed to be handled very delicately. Furniture was not wrapped in my apartment, and instead wrapped on the truck. It was later discovered that many pieces were not wrapped at all and the others were wrapped very haphazardly. Needless to say, I had several thousands of dollars in damages. Many items are unrepairable and irreplaceable. There method for assessing and/or compensating the damages still remains to be seen.

Hired Michael Movers because we heard they were good. Turns out the opposite. When negotiating rates, we were told our furniture would be together, separate, and safe. When we received our couch, it had water damaged. Half the couch had water damage and the other half did not. It seemed he split up our items. He also lost an expensive TV Unit. When we went to rectify and find out the companies plan, he didn't call up.

This was by far the worst and most disappointing experience I've had with movers or any business person, for that matter. I had worked with Michael's before but something very bad has happened to this company, no longer straightforward. Movers showed up late, so my wife and I helped them pack some bottles and odds and ends… we had two items damaged in the move… one was an expensive vase.

WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY THIS IS. The owner deserves a slap the way he talks to his customers, unreal some people make a few dollars in life that are real pieces of crap. Furniture arrived MUCH more scratched than when picked up, workers took their sweet ass time after arriving late and had attitudes with my mother making her cry. They chipped the wood floor, screws and handles missing from bed frame and armoire. Boxes were opened and computer and desk chairs permanently dented and ruined.

They were good until i had my property taken out of storage. Beware they told me one price then charged me alot more than was told. MAKE SURE ITS IN WRITING!!! Also damaged merchandise. They must have been flying with the truck. Not careful with property. Would never use them again. A lot of second talk and figures. Confronted him with my request but was denied.

Very negative experience. The packing was performed poorly and multiple items were broken. One of the movers packed his used lunch paper plate into a box. The movers also urinated extensively on the floor of our bathroom.
