The rating breakdown
Google shows 17 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 5 of those are one or two star.

In their own words
Michigan Office Movers were hired to move my office. We had a contract and I was quoted 4-6 hours to move with 4 people. They showed up late and it took over 12 hours. The truck was too small, one of the movers had a broken arm and they kept taking breaks. Once they finished at 10:00 pm they asked me to sign the contract and had handwritten a new per hour amount that was 120 dollars more. I do not recommend these movers. If it was a 12 hour job that is not what I was quoted.
Wow does this company treat customers poorly. I had household items in "inside storage" yet somehow they suffered water damage. After repeated calls and messages no reply nor acceptance of responsibility. DONT USE. BTW, the review by Brian Cook below may be suspect the owner of the company is Jeff Cook, related?
Shipped 7 file cabinets and 5 arrived so badly damaged I could hardly open them. We paid for insurance, but our calls, emails, and letters requesting the paperwork to file a claim have been ignored.
Management need to train their movers how to deal with their customers, and in addition management need to contact their clients after the move is completed to make sure everything went by as planed. BAD BAD , VERY BAD level of service , I will never ever recommend this company, their employees need extensive training in work ethics and manners.
Not very user friendly for drop-in shredding. Closed weekends. Must stop first at front office, do paperwork, drive to back of building to drop off papers, drive again to front to pay. Minimum is $25, a lot higher than some other places. Small customers are treated as a nuisance.

In their own words
M.O.M moved our law offices in May of 2018. They did an outstanding job. We had been at our previous location for 23 years and we were on the top floor of a 14 story building. We had ridiculous amounts of files, cabinets, furniture, equipment, etc. to move. It was a monumental undertaking but they made it look easy once it was all done.
Thank you for the kind words!
The movers showed up early, did a great job moving our office and were pleasant to work with. Jeff and Lori were always reachable and returned all of my phone calls and e-mails immediately. Would recommend to friends and family.
A terrific experience. The team arrived with plenty of equipment and bins and worked systematically, efficiently, and professionally to execute detailed instructions. Highly recommended.
Our move from Ann Arbor to Dexter went great. Emily and Jacob were awesome.Very accommodating with all of my MANY requests for changes to what the original set-up plan was. The whole crew was great to work with, but I'd request those two by name if I had to move again. Thank you for treating Kaydon so well!
Thank you for the kind words Carol! I'll be sure to give proper accolades to Emily, Jake and all the rest of your crew. We enjoyed working for you as well!
