Editing my review to one star because as I set up my furniture, I'm noticing that all of it has dents, scratches, and other scratches that weren't there before and that the tape used by the move out crew is stripping the finish off my furniture as I remove it. I had vastly different experiences with my move out and my move in. My move out was a DISASTER. Steven's crew (Tyrese, Luis, and Nick) was disorganized, careless, and slow. They took longer than expected and did not take good care of my belongings.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way Mighty Moving in Bartlett, IL handled my move and the damage they caused to my home. During the move, their crew damaged my floors badly enough that I was forced to give the buyer of my home a $2,500 credit because of the condition they left them in. And even with clear damage and real financial loss on my end, Mighty Moving has completely refused to make this right.

The team was really a great group of guys, and they were really flexible. I loved working with the team, didn’t love the management company and their approach to things. Reasons include: 1. They asked to see my phone and basically filled out a review, awkwardly asking me to rate them in front of the entire team…. No thanks. Don’t you wonder why the business has almost exclusively 5 star google reviews? 2. The business model is to charge you for EVERYTHING, down to the amount of tape used.

I just moved into my new apartment in Des Plaines IL from Wheeling IL with the help of Mighty Moving and it was excellent! The two young men who moved all my stuff, David and Kieran, were professional and friendly. They know what they're doing! They came on time as scheduled and were careful and fast! My move went smoothly thanks to them! No items broken or damaged! The manager, Steve kept in touch with me prior to and day of my move - very professional and kind! And the price was excellent!

This is the second time we’ve used Mighty Moving Inc, and once again, they went above and beyond! We had a tough move, furniture up three flights of stairs on a hot day, and they handled it with professionalism, speed, and incredible care. The crew, led by Roberto, was amazing. Buying, selling, and eventually moving can be an extremely trying and difficult experience especially if it's as a result of a divorce. That said, Mighty Moving & Storage gave me a great rate, worked with me during the hiccups of my complicated closing and got me my stuff as soon as they could.
