⭐☆☆☆☆ – Failure of Accountability, Communication, and Basic Customer Protections I entrusted StorageMart at 1752 Aurora Rd., Naperville with nearly my entire household inside a 30-foot unit—an arrangement that requires a high degree of trust, transparency, and responsiveness. What I encountered instead was a complete breakdown in communication and accountability. A $100 charge appeared on my account.

I had a very disappointing experience with StorageMart. Before I paid, I called customer service and clearly explained that my vehicle was totaled and not drivable. I was told I could have it towed onto the property, so I relied on that information, paid the required fee, and arranged the tow. After I had already paid and the vehicle was on the property, I was given a rental agreement and told I could not keep the vehicle there.

Booked online saying it had 24/7 access and satisfaction guaranteed. Showed up to sign my paperwork since the link sent didn’t work. Woman who helped me appeared to be annoyed as soon as I arrived, was not helpful and I felt pressure to cancel my agreement after finding out units are only accessible until 9pm otherwise you pay a fee. They would not refund the “admin fee” of $30.00 (admin fee for doing my own admin smh) even if i chose another storage mart location. That doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Find a different unit!! In my time renting here the location changed ownership and it has been nothing but complications and rate changes! Each month has been a new headach, metro storage was recomended but this storage mart... do not rent here

Very excited about this brand new facility opening near where I live. My daughter and I went to meet with the property manager the day after they opened and she (Jessica) was very friendly, professional and thorough as she showed us around the site. This is my first time renting space from Metro, and from the prompt and courteous service we received on our initial visit, they rate high on my list. The rental process went smoothly and my questions were answered promptly, without any hesitation. Thank you Jessica!

Great experience and was all online. Did not have to wait in lines. Applied online and got assigned a storage unit quickly. Text and email communication made it easy to setup account and schedule payments. Unit was also in great condition. Would definitely recommend StorageMart

I'VE been a storage customer on and off for the last 10 years or so and let me tell you..... I've got so little good to say about most of it. Which makes my experience with Metro almost unreal. I don't know if Metro has some special magic hiring wand or what's going on, but I have been a customer of more than one facility, and have never been so respectfully and honorably taken care of as I have been with Metro.

This place is perfect for my needs. I left a storage unit nearby and didn’t like the facility at the previous place. This place is much cleaner, has climate controlled units and for a great price. I highly recommend!
