In their own words
I waited to write a review since I had not had the opportunity to see inside of the boxes moved to storage in November. I recently opened boxes before placing them on the truck to move to our new home and found that as expected many things were broken as they dropped several boxes with glass after loading the dolly too high. When they came to move our items from our house, they only sent two men when we requested three. We had packed almost everything and stacked boxes in a central location ready to go.
I am truly sorry you feel this way. If I remember correctly the 3rd team member was unable to make it due to a death in the family. We know how important moving day is when it arrives, most moves are time sensitive and big preparations go into planning for this day.
If you value your time and sanity DO NOT hire this moving company. This was me and my boyfriend's first time hiring movers and the worst move we've both ever experienced. We had an appt at 12pm-2pm and we did not see anyone until 7pm! What's worse is they tried to CANCEL our appt at 9pm THE NIGHT BEFORE (due to weather advisory of a winter storm that didn't start until 5/6pm). When we confronted them, they agreed to play it by ear. The day of the move the weather was FINE all day just cold (no snow/heavy rain).
I apologize that you feel this way, we were not sure how the weather was going to be the following day being that a winter weather advisory had been issued the night before, there was a drizzle of rain and frigid temperatures all day Friday when your move was scheduled, however we promised that no…
If you want to be ripped off and scammed then use them. They used to be courteous and customer service and now there's a change for the worst. Do not use them as an employee said use uhul and have your family move you. Horrible ! Period.... If I can give a zero star I would but as you all know I have to give a one star. Do not give them any of your business or money.
Please disregard this fake review, this individual left the same exact review for several other moving companies as well. Thank you!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mighty Titans Moving Company did an outstanding job with our move! The crew was professional, hardworking, and handled everything with care. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made the entire moving process stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. I highly recommend Mighty Titans Moving Company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy movers. Great service from start to finish!
Thank you!
Just had Mighty Titans move us in Aiken and were excellent. They were flexible to change our date and come on a Sunday due to apartment not being ready. Moved from a 2 to 3 bedroom and both Anthony and Mike were extremely accommodating and handled all furniture, boxes with the utmost care and customer service. We could not of asked for better service and would highly recommend. Also great value. They covered all furniture in padding and handled move with care , a real pleasure.
Thank you!
When you call or text you will talk to Ginger who is the sweetest person on the planet. We had booked with 2 men and a truck to move us on Monday, May 10th. They were to come out and pack us and then move us, but the Thursday before the supervisor came to the house to take inventory of the heavy items and what would have to go upstairs in our new home. He left without saying a word, a few hours later we received a call from his secretary saying they could not move us because of the safety of his workers.
Thank you Ms Cynthis, hope you are enjoying your new place.
I cannot say enough good things about Mighty Titans Moving Co.! From the time they arrived, Mike and Joseph did not take a break and wouldn't even stop to eat lunch when I ordered pizza for everyone! They are some of the most hardworking, professional men I've ever encountered and even though there were a few challenges for them, I never heard them complain and they always had a smile on their face and were so professional and kind. Kudos to both Mike and Joseph as well as Ginger on a second to none company.
Thank you!
