My husband hire this company and honestly was terrible, they don’t have any security rules with this pandemic, no mask, no gloves, no protection no nothing, we pay for hours and they Were very slowly, many scratches in the floor, and the more worse, I needed to pay for desinfección In the 2 places after that. I won’t recommend
Mike's Moving & Storage is enforcing the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendation that our clients wear face coverings over their noses and mouths and stay out of the room which we are working in when our employees are in your home to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Rude and unprofessional just from the phone call so I didn't proceed. I asked for a quote he told me to fill out the form and I asked where it was , he responded" you just said you were on the website". No thanks. I think I dodged a bullet
Clearly, she doesn't know what she's talking about, we don't and never have had a form to fill out on any website.
I hired Mike and his team for my move from Baltimore to Philadelphia in 2022. I was moving for work so my company was suppose to cover my moving expenses; I paid half of the moving services in cash and other half with the credit card. Mike's Moving & Storage cannot provide a receipt for the move after getting repeatedly asked by me and the assistant in the company. My company reimbursed the money I paid with a credit card but not the part I paid in cash. So I ended up paying half of the moving expenses.
I was quoted 1k for my move. I have one bed, no dining furniture and no living room furniture. The move is less than a mile. Needless to say I passed. I went with a company that's doing the move for 550.

I just completed my fourth move with Mike’s Moving and Storage since 2015, and they are truly the best moving company out there. They are incredibly professional, kind, careful, and efficient, and they always show up on time and are communicative, too. Moving is so stressful, and I’m glad the stress of dealing with movers is never there with Mike and his team. I also did storage with them during a year and a half stay out of state, and they took excellent care of my furniture and their pricing was so reasonable.

First time I used Mike and his crew was 5 years ago extremely short notice. Super professional and quick- I couldn't get over how much care Mike and his guys put into ensuring that nothing gets marred. Second time I used Mike's Moving and Storage was over the last week for a cross country move. These guys ARE THE BEST. Hands down. I've moved 12 times in 15 years and some cross country, and this was the best experience.
We just used Mike for the 3rd time in a year and as always he and his team were the best! I hope to not be moving anytime soon, but if we do I will only call Mike's Moving and Storage, no matter the distance. Last July he moved my daughter from Baltimore to Rosslyn, VA and me from Baltimore to NJ and it was flawless. On July 3, 2021, he moved my daughter from Rosslyn, VA to Navy Yard, Washington DC. Mike was involved from start to finish and works right along side his team to ensure everything is done properly.
People like you are the reason I love the career that I have chosen, even when every day you move it seems to be a 100 degree scorcher! You guys should be good in your new home for a couple of years, so until then, take care.
