I went in today 11/15/2024 for a consultation to explore what Milan has to offer. At first it was great, until their payment plan came up. Expect for them to try and fool you into taking out a loan with one of their credit partners and when you ask questions and decline, expect for their entire attitude to change. I met with Annika at the Apple Valley location and she was great until i started asking questions while she was sending me links to “lock in the deal”.

I had a consultation here last week, as I was referred due to an upcoming medical procedure. While the employees are knowledgeable, I was less than thrilled with my experience. During the consultation, the woman asked me a very insensitive question. When I told her that the answer to the question is not something that I typically share, her response was “Oh, really?”.

I started going here a couple months ago on the recommendation of my dermatologist, and they have been amazing!! All of the staff at Apple Valley are amazing and sweet, and they are so welcoming. They ensure that you have a great experience no matter what, and I have had nothing but amazing there. I have also noticed significant hair reduction on my areas being treated, especially only after a couple of sessions. The sessions are pretty fast and the nurses are very friendly and helpful.

This place is AMAZING! They have helped me so much with my PCOS facial hair! I never thought I’d see the day, where I would see a reduction in my facial, but alas, Milan came to AV and hooked a sister up! If you’re worried about cost, DON’T! They have easy monthly payment plans to make this affordable. The ladies that work here are also so very kind, sweet, funny, and gentle. They are easy to talk to, and I always feel comfortable coming in. Do yourself a favor and do this for YOURSELF, you will not regret it!

An overall excellent experience! Scheduled here because my usual location was booked out, and couldn’t be happier that I switched. My technician Shannon was thorough and talked me through the whole process, even more so than some of my experiences at other Milan locations. She and the attendant gave me good info about other services I might like, and also gave me some good price estimates! Overall, I’m thrilled to go back for another appointment, and am seriously considering doing additional areas.

I have been going to them for 3 months now and working with Shannon is the best part about it ! She is amazing , and very patient. I have had a hard time coming exactly on time for my appointments and not once has she made me feel uncomfortable or bad or complained ! And during the appointments she makes sure we have small talks and laughs and constantly makes sure I’m okay ! And the results are always amazing . I’m very satisfied coming here .
