In their own words
Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this moving company and strongly do not recommend their services. From the very beginning, it was clear this team was unprofessional and careless. They arrived late, worked extremely slowly, and even smelled strongly of marijuana, which was alarming and completely inappropriate for a professional setting.
I m sorry this happened. I don’t see a Customer with your name on our calendar. If this really was us we always pay for any damages which are very fe. Please call us. [phone removed]
Extensive Damage, Dishonesty, and Zero Accountability This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The movers caused over $3,000 in damage to my belongings and home, then lied about it. A computer monitor that I specifically told them not to touch was dropped right in front of me—and when I pointed it out, they claimed I was lying. That alone destroyed any trust.
Avi, we tried to reach you. There are definitely some discrepancies with your damage claims. You did already receive a 100% refund. Also we do inform customers that we are not responsible for damage to items that you pack incorrectly yourself.
I'm not really one to leave reviews but this was especially bad and I was surprised given all their positive reviews. I wish I'd gone with another moving company as there are plenty of others in the area with stellar reviews. My biggest issue: they took a three hour lunch and charged me for it. They're very adamant about "the clock doesn't stop until the move is done!" Which I thought was odd to mention so much as it seems like it would be a given. Now I understand why.
This is really surprising. The move was done with zero damages and came in on budget. Customers are not charged for any downtime and we offer money back if the efficiency is ever questioned. You were charged for a two man team which was finished on time.
I am writing to express my significant disappointment with your company's handling of a recent service engagement. As a fellow veteran, I specifically chose to support your veteran-owned business. During the service, a piece of furniture was damaged. Despite numerous communications, your company has not taken responsibility for this error. While an offer to repair the item was made, the subsequent lack of follow-up and resolution is concerning. A staff member admitted to damaging my wife's vanity dresser.
Edit: 7/7 We spoke to your ex wife who was the person we moved. She said she was completely satisfied with the move and actually did a 5 star review. If you want us to pay you for her damaged item we can work that out. We will always pay for any damages.
Just don't! This company put me through one of the worst experiences of my life. From underestimating my costs and underestimating my move size to trucks breaking down and not arriving on time. The moving team was GREAT! Efficient and protected my belongings. The management personnel of this business are misleading, and do not listen to you and will try to talk over you. Not professional! Even hung up the phone on me. Even with pictures as no one came to my home to see the size of my move.
We showed up to your move and you demanded we disassemble your 12x15 shed and move it. (Yes the actual structure) you had not even mentioned this before. All of our communication was in writing thankfully so you weren’t able to scam us.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Frankie and GT for my home move, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. The team arrived on time, and their attention to detail was remarkable. They wrapped fragile items with precision and ensured that everything was transported safely without a scratch.
Dawn, we appreciate you so much. Hope to see you again.
Awesome company. Frankie and Steph were great guys and had me moved in no time. Major will get everything set up for you really quick. They're fast and at a great price. Best movers I've ever dealt with easily. Add-on: Used Military Veteran Movers again. Still awesome. Absolutely will use them again. Highly recommend.
Alanxander, sir. Thank you so very much for your feedback.
Working with professionals from Military Veterans of America Moving Company was an absolute delight! In today's world, it's rare to find movers who not only arrive on time (they were actually ten minutes early) but also maintain their quoted rates without any surprises. Their teamwork and care for my client’s belongings were truly commendable. I hired them to assist my elderly client, who wasn't able to participate in the move.
Thanks Tricia! We are greatful you chose MVM.
I moved yesterday and had the pleasure to meet Frankie and Steph for my moving needs. They arrived earlier than expected and called to ask me if that was okay first. I was very happy about that! I’m a master mover so I had the majority of my things ready to go. They helped me load my things nicely and neatly. They took my bed frame and my sons apart and back together. They loaded my huge sectional and managed to squeeze it through the back door through the basement where I really wanted it.
Khia, thank so much ma’am. We appreciate you.
