In their own words
We worked with Mind over Matter (MOM) for our move in March 2021. Unfortunately I would not recommend them for a large move. The men on the team were very nice and so far only one item was broken that was poorly packed. Brandon and WIll were especially nice and jumped in to help me whenever they saw me carrying something. When I called to schedule my move Cornelius asked me how many bedrooms we had, how many many beds and cribs, and if we were moving appliances...that's all.
Patrice, We were moving a couch and politely told you we needed this space so we could get the couch through the door and you refused to move. This is against our contract rules. Also, you had a whole 4 bedroom house and nothing was packed.
I called to get a quote and the guy who answered the phone was highly unprofessional. First off, it sounded like he was working a loud cash register and kept randomly talking to people during the call which was very rude and distracting. Then as I was attempting to get additional information about pricing, etc…, he was very short and dismissive. He was NOT listening to me because of his distractions, therefore kept giving me replies that made no sense.
AA, I politely gave you pricing and answered all of your questions. We highly value giving our customers all of our attention while speaking with them. After I gave you pricing, you rudely hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation. We appreciate you reaching out.
They broke the landlord's spring on the front glass door and tore the small knob off the front door. They scratched up the bottom front of my refrigerator, tore the knob off the amoire, scratched the top of the dresser and dropped apart of mattress in the snow. If you value your items be very careful of who you choose

In their own words
Communicated the entire way. Fast, careful, professional, and for more than a fair price. Doesn’t get better than this
We actually used Mind Over Matter Moving back in March this year and should have left a review much earlier. Cornelius' service was so good however, that even 9 months after they did our move, I'm still so impressed and finally sat down to just do it. These guys were real pros - they were fast, efficient, and CAREFUL. Everything we moved was wrapped up by the guys with professional materials and care, they boxed our TVs up for us without charging extra, and got the job done right on time.
Regina, We appreciate you so much! We are so glad that we are still in your thoughts. Thanks for your support it means a lot to our team. Have a safe and happy New Year! Mind Over Matter Moving & Storage, LLC
It's the little things that make all the difference! I cannot say enough great things about Cornelius, his company and his crew who recently helped us move. They were professional, courteous, respectful, quick and careful with our belongings and where we wanted them placed. Added to this is a joyful, positive attitude from each of them the entire time they worked, and we could not have been more pleased with the service we received.
Angela, It’s was such a great experience working with you and your husband. You guys were very easy to work with a had great positive energy. Thank you so much give us a call anytime. Mind Over Matter Moving & Storage, LLC
Cornelius and his team at Mind Over Matter were fantastic to work with! He was able to fit us in for a quick turnaround time move two weeks out. We had a team of two who did an excellent job handling our furniture and boxes with care, as well as disassembling and reassembling our larger pieces such as our bed. We even have two cats who were present during the move that we had to keep in the bathrooms, and the team was very understanding and patient for when we had to move our cats around.
