I hired this company to pack and move our home because they were incredibly kind, friendly, and didn’t charge extra for packing materials. Unfortunately, that ended up being the biggest issue with the service. At first, I was pleased with the move, but once I started unpacking, I was shocked at how poorly many of our belongings had been packed. A brand-new nightstand for my daughter was chipped in multiple places because it had no wrapping or protection at all during the move.
Allison, We sincerely apologize for your experience. It was a long and hectic couple of days of packing and moving and with that we had a few mishaps and errors in judgement. For that we were happy to give the proper reimbursement in accordance with and beyond the moving contract and insurance.
Horrible customer service, called and the lady's headset or whatever is way to low, keep telling her this and she just hangs up in my face...updated...so what your saying is its 2025 and you dont have caller I.D you could have easily called me back and wouldnt have gotten a 1 star review...instead of some accountability you play the deflate gate game. Write as many paragraphs as you'd like. Doesn't change what happend.
Hi Caner, We are taken back by the fact that you would leave us a one star review for a technical issue with one of our phones. Luckily, Google LSA records any calls that come in through them so we are able check the legitimacy of someone's claim regarding our calls.

I highly recommend this company! Brian was amazing from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, careful with my belongings, and made the entire moving process so much less stressful. He communicated well, arrived on time, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. If you book with this company, definitely ask for Brian!

I hired Minnesota Moving Company for a recent move and they did incredible work. I had a last-minute move that gave only a week or two of advance notice; I called MMC, described my belongings, got an accurate quote and confirmed my moving date and time within ten minutes. They came highly recommended as an alternative solution by one of their local competitors, and I’m very glad I was pointed in their direction. The move itself was excellently done.

Dedicated, conscientious, fun and funny, strong work ethic, affordable, punctual, very careful with valuables….if these things matter to you when you’re planning a move, I strongly encourage you to contact this company. Brian came out and looked at the size of the project to give me an estimate. He was responsive with my questions and very easy to work with, and the date was set. Then this morning I received a call telling me they were on the way. Larry, Christopher, O’Shay, and Antonio showed up and just dug in.
