This is a hard review to write, because 1) I don't like giving negative reviews, especially to small businesses, and 2) the people here are very professional and very nice, but I have to go by results compared to price. What went well: Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The owners feel like they care about the business and the job they do. The operation doesn't feel rag-tag like can happen with small moving companies.
I was pretty much locked in for mint moving to move me in a 2 day event. I told Mike i would call him with a time. Called him a week prior to my move and he went ahead and filled my spot. He was recommended by Remax. Well i sure will let them and everyone else know how rude that business is.. bad enough you have to deal with everything else and then the moving company does this.

In their own words
Very professional, organized, and responsive. The salesperson immediately set up a video call which allowed me to avoid filling out a burdensome online inventory (who knows what an armoir is vs a dresser?). They set up a date and gave me an estimate about one month before the move date. As the date neared they checked in via phone and sent text reminders. On the move date the movers called when they were on their way and arrived promptly at the agreed time.

I wrote this review over a year ago, before the name was changed to Mint Moving. I still am so impressed with them, and how hard they work. I have just recently referred Mint Moving to 2 people I know that needed movers. I also just had Matt stop in here to my apartment office, with their new business cards, and I will be hanging them on the bulletin boards at the 2 apt. complexes that I work at. The below review was from Feb. 27, 2020.

Our experience working with Mike, Matt and the whole Mint Moving team was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. We can't say enough good things! The communication was great and they made everything so easy for us during a stressful time. They also quoted us a fair price and were more affordable than other places we got quoted for. My only regret is hiring them for only a partial move and not the whole thing. We had a storage unit that needed clearing and a 2bed apartment.

I researched several moving companies, and Mint Moving definitely had the highest reviews. We collected a few quotes and decided to hire them. They were AMAZING while facilitating our move this summer. They were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, gave us a fair quote, showed up on time (early!), and were very friendly. Our movers were careful and efficient. We had 4 movers, but one of them got lost somehow on the way to our new house and we ended up with only 3 movers for most of the time.
