Save your time and money. Please just look at BBB grade of F and the horrific complaints filed against them. Also call the North Carolina Attorney General which has also had many complaints with Miracle Movers. I wish I had taken the time to look and saved myself a week of living in a hotel room while the manager Mike at Miracle Movers was holding half of my belongings ransom. A crude, unhappy and unprofessional manager.

ZERO Stars (not even 1 star) due to theft of over $5100 worth of collectibles and personal property and only $100 compensation offered. Miracle movers had some very friendly people that helped with packing and a friendly sales guy named Matt. Thanks Matt! HOWEVER in the end hiring Miracle Movers in Charlotte resulted in the loss of valuable personal property stolen by their employees and compensation was not offered except a $100 check...which was a "slap in the face" to be honest - I will not accept or deposit…

I did a virtual walk-through of my apartment to get a quote from Miracle Movers and was told I would receive an email quote shortly after my call. I followed-up via text and email over the next 4 days and finally decided to call 6 days after. Upon calling, I was told that the estimate was accidentally never sent out but it was prepared and so they'd email it out right away.

Beware of this company. You find out the most about a company when things go wrong; how they respond and take accountability and responsibility. It’s fairly common for things to be broken during a move, so you would expect that they have a good process for handling those events. That has not been our experience. We moved at the end of August, and the one piece that was broken was unfortunately one of our most valuable pieces – an heirloom 4-poster.

I was quoted what I thought was a reasonable price but the move took twice as long as what I was quoted. If I give you the inventory of my home, as a professional moving company, you should have some idea of the time frame that it would take to move my items. What's the point of taking my inventory? I was told that a 3 man crew would be faster than two but they took longer than the two man crew that I previously hired and I had more items then.

Adam is a sleazy business owner. I am owed $240.12 by Miracle Movers, and have been for many months now. Have called repeatedly, spoke with multiple members of management, have been very reasonable and polite. They keep postponing helping me, saying things such as “we will look into it and get back with you.” They never do. I have finally resorted to leaving a review, I would imagine this would get their attention.

Without going into a full blown novel, I'll just say my experience was subpar. From initial pick up with two green (just started) movers for a tiny 1400sq foot home, took them 12 hours. I even had to jump off their truck because they left it on the entire time. I was then charged for the entire price, including their dinner break, and asked "is this far". I was mentally and physically drained from helping the movers move my things all day, so I just paid.

my items were not treated with Care or respect. I asked the owner to come back and view the way my truck was packed and the damage already done and they would not send anyone. I was told my items were fully insured however they didn't keep their word and with over 20k in damage they paid less than 1600 to offset what was destroyed.
