I am unsure why this place is receiving such high ratings. I booked a move through them and confirmed on the phone and thought we were good to go. When I emailed to touch base, they suggested I had not made a reservation. I tried calling and email multiple times to clarify and never got through - no one replied my emails or voicemails. How ridiculous. Thankfully, I was able to find another local company at the last minute.
Movers took 5.5 hours to move me from a one bed room apartment to another. Items were broken. When I called and emailed the company I never got a response.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS! I don’t know how this company has 4.9 stars. My experience with them was awful. We booked a 20 foot truck for a two bedroom townhouse (the second bedroom barely had anything in it). These guys literally just threw everything into the U-Haul with no rhyme or reason. At one point they were throwing our couch cushions down the stairwell into the front yard. They placed metal items on wood items.
The actual guys who came and did the move were great and hardworking and careful with our stuff. Sergio, Zane, Ben and Andrew THANK YOU! We did have some issues that came up, like we had asked for 3 guys for 2 hrs because even though it was just an 8x8 container and only a few “big” furniture items, it was stuffed with boxes AND we were up two flights of stairs AND it’s 90 degrees.
I called Undergrads Movers to get an estimate for my upcoming move, which includes a king sized bed. During the call, the representative asked if I had a male friend or family member who would be present on moving day. When I said no, she told me that a king sized bed requires a third mover but that this would not be necessary if I had a man there to help. When I offered to assist myself, she chuckled and said that wasn't how it works. I found this interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.

2/4 movers actually showed up. Our move did not get finished and had to hire a totally different company to finish the job the next day. The movers who did show up worked very hard to accomplish the job but their company didn’t communicate with me directly or them, and the other two movers never showed. We had a big move from a 4.5 bedroom house to another 3 level home. I’m surprised at what they did accomplish.
Totally unprepared with no plan. Just dropped off everything to the ground with no plan on stacking. They made the job twice as long as it should have been with their lack of planning and then left us high and dry with the moving truck not completely emptied. We had no way of emptying the rest of the truck due to my husbands disability so I had to find another company to come and finish the job real fast before turning in our moving truck the next morning.
This was an absolutely horrible service. Broke tons of my stuff, took 3 times longer than my movers who unloaded the truck. Horrible.

What a wonderful experience! I was incredibly nervous as I was moving from PA to SC. The whole process was seamless and perfect. Undergrads was quick to respond to my quote, answered many questions, and provided insight. My two movers were Nakil T & Justin C. I recommend them 100%. We finished my one bedroom move in under an hour. It was a fantastic experience. They were on time, sociable, and extremely helpful! They also knew how to move my items so nothing was damaged or broken. I would use this company again.
100% satisfied with my first use of Undergrads! I had a last-minute move and they handled it with ease. Not only was I able to get a booking within 2 days, but their policy for cancellation and scheduling was fair, honest, precise, and easy. With them, you're not kept waiting for a mover to show up within a 2-to-4 hour window. The time you select, is the time they appear. I booked a 6:00 p.m. appointment for an in-house move/rearrangement of my furniture.
What do you get when you mix rock stars with super heroes? --Caleb and Hector!! These young men helped us with a big dorm move, lugging heavy items halfway across campus in the rain and up 3 flights of stairs with a smile on their faces. They went above and beyond to help in any way they could and moved everything quickly and effortlessly. We were endlessly impressed by them the whole time and are also convinced that they have super human strength after seeing how easy they made all that heavy lifting look!
